this guy oozes talent....guitar, piano, vocals. Most artists nowadays can't play any instruments at all. I think he's fantastic. He has his own style and, as far as I'm concerned, he's got it spot on. Way to go Kris, you're fantastic.
I feel like I have do defend Kris. After all he is a fellow Arkansan. But besides that he's a great artist. Yeah he may not be selling millions and millions and millions of records, but he's still good. He's an amazing songwriter and sing straight from the heart. He deserved to win. And also he's a nice guy and so humble. He's was one of the reasons besides Adam that I watched the whole season unlike others.

I absolutely love this song. I'm not musically knowledgeable enough to explain what exactly makes it so memorable, but I do know that the story and lyrics are different and interesting, and I would love the sound of this even if I didn't understand a word of it. Just love.
