Love this version: its on the Greatest Hits Dance Party album; one of my favourites of all time. Just amazing music, years ahead of its time. Its a shame Pat never got the acclaim he deserved really, although I think it wouldnt have been the same had his stuff gone "mainstream".
@friscosound : cause Pat was unique and till now nobody could "replace" him. He was THE Godfather and creator of synth-dance-music, with a unique style. Sadly for us, but it seems that God himself wanna have the best music in his heaven.....
Patrick was a artist 40 years ahead of his time , so many other musicans many years after him had some of the sound he made in there music still do today i think 100's of years from now he will be talked about more then he is now 2010 he really discoverd a new sound and style if he had lived it would have been interesting to hear what he would have did and sylvester but Patric Cowley was the music Sylvester was a new voice and the cross gender they both were bright stars that came together
@oldcomforter I prefer the original one, but also I like the rmx because it's a perfect Cowley's style-sound. Why Kessie couldn't repeat this style-sound when Cowley died ?
@friscosound i think these arent real remixes. its only kind of trying out some fx's, and re-editing the original recording, just to fill the B-side of the last album
