  • that's nice, i believe you can connect with any animal.you just have to be nice and find that right soul mate.

  • I don't think that lake has enough water to fit this man's balls.

  • ....The croc sees him as a food source ..and so follows and tolerates him... THIS vid is very misleading and its gonna get some ill informed people killed some where if not already....

  • @freedomchaser2402 Your brain damaged

  • If you can get an animal very young you can sometimes win that battle of nature vs. nurture. It's just like humans, you go up to an adult human that grew up in a dog eat dog environment such as drug cartels etc he's probably going to kill you without thinking twice

  • R.I.P POCHO :( SNIFF SNIFF WE WILL NEVER FORGET ABOUT U NEVER :(

  • Awww what a good man, I hope the croc is RIP.

  • Does any 1 know if this guy is still Alive?

  • RIP Pocho

  • RIP Pocho :( <3

  • INB4 *chomp*

  • I wonder how exhausted this man is after every day...those balls of steel of his probably weigh a ton!

  • He's not a pet, they are equals. Pocho is his a friend and they share a unique spiritual partnership... Get fucked demeaning news crew, pet indeed...

  • more I believe god sends each of us guardian angels in all different sizes and species!!!

  • Amazing! usually reptiles don't show any affection or tolerance for people. I recently saw the big funeral for him on the news. RIP Pocho.

  • Would have bitten his head off sooner or later.

  • R.I.P :(

  • RIP pocho :(

  • @bachyaraa RIP What happen

  • @CerromeX Died of natural causes.

  • DaWWWWWWWWWW how adorable!

  • R.I.P. Pocho... Chito and Costa Rica will miss you forever...

  • I think this is a symbiosis or mutualism between two different species....Croc got shot. Man took it in, fed it, sheltered it, protected it. Man releases croc to the wild. Croc thought "Hey, that man can be instrumental to my survival. I won't get shot in the eye again and i will be fed, yeah I'll follow him and I won't eat him".

  • Shot in the eye... maybe the beast is brain damaged which might explain why it's so docile towards him. Perhaps it's predatory instincts got messed up or something.

  • Chuck's half brother indeed

  • youtube why do you suck so much at loading vids

  • oks shoot their brains to have a pet crocodile!

  • wowwwwwwwwwww sorprendente

  • This croc is unique. There have been other cases of tame crocs, lions, tigers etc... but for 99% of wild animals, this is abnormal behvaior.

No one really knows why some animals become tame

  • @irod123456 i disliked

  • I bet if we did this to ANY deadly animal and take care of it, they would all be nice to us, but not good to bring out to society cause they'd kill people

  • probably when the croc was shot he got damaged severely but it probably reprogrammed his natural instincts and probably gave it slight emotional value.

  • thats amazing, just goes to show if you treat them with respect they will do the same.

  • @tigerretic100 Do you vote?

  • Why in the world does this man not have a wiki?

  • You people are dumb if you actually believe this croc isnt brain damaged in some way. And most likely from the gun shot wound. how you people can emotionalize a reptile that is uncapable of feeling any emotion is beyond me. this croc is going against all its hardwired instincts. just because he hasnt killed this guy does not mean its a "cuddly lovable pet" it just means something is indeed not right with it...(mentally)

  • @DWYTE1000 Cause when something doesn't follow a stereotype there has to be something wrong with it.

  • @DWYTE1000 What the hell is wrong with you? Instinct aside, ALL animals feel.

  • for those of you wondering this crocodile is proboly a Orinoco crocodile.

  • @FrenchBulldogWinston I was thinking an American Crocodile. Orinocos are only found in Colombia and Venezuala. This is in Costa Rica.

  • "Mummy, it followed me home... CAN I KEEP IT?! PUH-LEAZE!!!!???"

  • don't try that with a salwater croc, an orinoco croc like that has different natural habits and diet that make them more calm than your average croc species. after a few hundred thousand generations large reptile species get used to being the biggest and baddest dude around so they don't have alot of fear reaction instinct once they have grown large, orinoco crocs also eat alot of fish, snakes and caimen so a human doesn't register as a meal like it would to a nile or saltwater croc

  • Brain damage wouldn't turn a half ton predator into a cuddly pet, sorry to burst your bubble, guys. What makes you think that because it is a reptile and a predator, it must be a mindless killing machine? No, really, what is it? That it's different than our mammalian pets? Of course it is. Crocs are much smarter than people realize- and routinely recognize and avoid traps. Much smarter than, say, a cow or a sheep. Can it kill that man any time it chooses? Yes. But it chooses not to.

  • @sonbuhitsunei So true. The main item here is fear.Reptiles like crocs can detect certain frequencies associated with fear. When a human can resound with that frequency then a certain communication is possible. Its no surprise.Rare but so possible.I know of shamans in south america who can astoundingly not get bitten by deadly snakes who kill hundreds every year. They can attune their alpha, beta and theta brain waves to act accordingly.

  • i bet the gunshot fucked somthing up in his brian to make him not so agressive

  • it's not his PET it's his FRIEND.

  • This goes to show animals do HAVE feelings! Even reptiles! He was grateful for this man's help and wants to be with him for protection.

  • @ii3rittles I agree

  • @AmazenZay26 not all crocs are friendly pets u know

  • @ii3rittles No. This proves nothing. Reptiles do not have the mental capacity to feel "empathy". If the man stopped feeding him I garuntee you the croc would kill him without a moment's hesitation.

  • @TheImmortalWeapon in all fairness, if you and i were locked in room with no food and no way out.. id eat you.

  • @TheImmortalWeapon

That mean's jack-shit.. Like the other guy said if you an i were locked in a room an i didn't eat in 7 days id honestly just eat you.. ask for a grill an make me some ribs an no im not kidding. Sorry hate to break it to you.

You don't feed a cat, dog, or anything and abuse it.. it will attack you.

This man respects the Croc, plays with the Croc, feeds the Croc.. The Croc must feel something not to kill him in 20 years..

Crocodiles are not as stupid as most people think

  • @ii3rittles No. This proves nothing. Reptiles do not have the mental capacity to feel "empathy". If the man stopped feeding him I garuntee you the croc would kill him without a moment's hesitation.

  • @ii3rittles Most animals don't have feelings in the sense that humans do. The behavior of this croc is pretty easily explained, it's either brain damaged, or it thinks of the man as its mother.

  • @ii3rittles The only animals that don't actually have any real feelings or emotions are fishes, the rest, even some insects, show feelings.

  • @10samm10 plural form of fish, is fish

  • @ii3rittles Of course they do! :P Crocs in particular are far more intelligent than we had ever realized - only now are we beginning to understand that they are far beyond other reptiles in terms of cognitive ability and physiology - closer to the dinosaurs and birds than to lizards and turtles (that's actually a fact)...even so...they are very large, very powerful predators...I just hope this guy has life insurance. All I'm saying ;0

  • NICE COSTA RICA!!

  • that croc is badass. it reminds me of a cat i met on my street, the damn cat follows u home for some reason. didn't know crocs could do the same

  • One day it will kill him

  • finnally proof that not every reptile is bad just because its scary!

  • the crocs probably brain damaged from the gun shot

  • @freedomchaser2402 - Always the same foolish theory !! If is brain damaged, why responded OK to the training, and is normal in all the other aspects?, is a smart croc, with a strange and close well documented and reasonable relation with that man that feed and save it.

  • @freedomchaser2402 - The croc is not retarded, its behavior is normal in every aspect, and have responded OK to the training, that´s a sign of animal intelligence. The animal just have an inussual and close, relation with the man, that´s an easier explanation that the crazy theory of tha bullet in the brain.

  • @freedomchaser2402 hahaha

  • @freedomchaser2402 imagine if or when his brain returns to normal! lol and this chito guy goes in the water saying kick me..to pocho, Pocho answers with his mouth. Game over for chito.

  • @freedomchaser2402 haha dude, I LoLed harder than i should have at this

  • @freedomchaser2402 BUT YOU WILL GO ON THE WATER WITE HIM?

  • Chito aka Chuck Norris
