I prefer to use an empty 12. fl oz tropicana bottle, fill it up 1/3rd with whole milk, and a big splash of coffee reamer for flavor (i love gingerbread, kills that pepper taste for sure)and use 3 tbsp kava kava for each drink

shake for 15 or 20 min. strain, and enjoy

you can use the same 3tbsp until it stops clouding up your drink, if it clouds it up, there are still kavalactones availible, dont waste that SHIT!!

I lived with fijians, after downing 10-15 bowls everything simply seems perfect. You are relaxed and at peace with the world. I recommend doing it with close friends, for drinking kava together is such a bonding experience.

I like kava I like making it more than drinking it the feeling is more like alcohol not like Xanax. It's like being drunk without the impaired body functions. It's not you'll enjoy right away. I didn't feel much the first time second time was good third even better. So it has truth about it being reverse tolerance.

Oh, how I wish I could find good, fresh, whole kava in Houston. All I've found is the powdered stuff, which is exceedingly weak. I've gotten decent results by soaking large amounts of powdered kava in water, and filtering that with a cloth (similar to what's seen in the video). But that turns out expensive.

kava is a very interesting thing. I first tried it with my girlfriend, we were expecting something different even though we know its effects. your mind remains very clear, so that confuses you. You expect your mind to play some tricks, even tobacco changes your mind a bit, but it remains very clear. However, your mood changes dramatically. Like alcohol, it makes you to socialize, speak and love :) I think it has aphrodisiac effect as well, it was a very nice night ;) You should try it if you can

Kava saved me by helping me quit alcohol. IT does not have teh same reward system offered to one's brain like alcohol or marijuana (which is why one does not go hunting for their kava dealser in the middle of the night, lol) Totally believe in it and it's power to heal and relax without hepatoxic effects in theleast.
