This is how you put pictures from instagram to twitter.

1) take picture or choose picture from library by hitting the small little square thing in the bottom left hand corner.

2) move and scale

3) choose filter and or tilt shift application

4) hit the check mark

5) before hitting "done" you need to configure it to either twitter, facebook or what have you. Just hit configure beside whatever sharing site you wanna use. Then you get to choose "on/off" (leave it "on")

6) hit done and voila
