For those that like discovering and knowing samples to house music....the vocals are obviously, as stated in the song's title Eric Gadd - "The Right Way", but the bassline and synths are sampled from Powerline - "Double Journey"....which can also be found on youtube....the actual sample is taken from 3:35 - 3:45 of that song. It's a pretty good oldskool "house" song in it's own right.
