Does anybody HONESTLY believe cap and trade is going to stop companies from burning fossil fuels by taxing them? Really does anybody really believe that????? I know if my company has to pay out a carbon tax to the Govenment, i'm passing that TAX onto my consumers in higher prices or cut jobs. So which one do you want higher prices or an unemployment check, or just to be left alone?

Last time I went by a 65 MPH sign, I was doing closer to 80, as were all of the other cars around me. Speed limits are only enforced when the local governments want to increase their revenue on fines.  Much like the "carbon tax," whose only goal is revenue.

Cap-and-trade means the only ones allowed to "pollute" are those who have enough money to buy "offsets." The poor get screwed as per normal.

This video had nothing to do with Global Warming, or Global Climate Change.

This video was soley focused on the two-year-old knowledge that pollution is harmful to human (not to mention everything else's) health, and that if you haven't noticed the whole "Gas prices going insane" deal over the last couple months, America is addicted to oil and needs to break free of those consumerism bonds.

I study global climate change, and my thoughts on the matter aside, and global climate change aside as a whole, there are more reasons to end pollution then the theory of the earth warming.

Furthermore, the definition of addiction as according to dictionary . com begins with "the state of being enslaved to a habit or practice", and I challenge anyone to substantially remove oil and its products from their life, including power, products, and transportation.
