@dancinghomerus I took the lyrics from the inner sleeve of the original 1976 album and it is indeed 'eat' Ofcourse it could be his accent that makes it sound like heat or he simply changed the word when he sang it, who knows, perhaps the man himself could clarify the issue (does he search himself out on youtube?)

Great song and great video. I bought the Timless Flight album in the summer of 1976 and must have played it hundreds of times in the folowing months.

It still sounds fantastic today.

one of the best albuns ever,i think it´s the best of steve harley...i saw him perform in cascais in 1979 and it was fantastic,the music understand it´s simply amazing.
