  • Ls1 power!

  • supras are also fkin ugly as hell, same huge wing and fart cans

the Fbody is sexy, nice jet shape and integrated spoiler

  • @gmpushrodpower >supra

    >ugly

    pick one

  • american muscles cars were the ugliest fucking things from the mid 80's-late 90's

  • @eXofiniTy And subarus aren't ugly? With their park bench wing and hood scoop... Mustangs and fbodys look 100x better than 4 door econoboxes with a wing and giant fart can

  • Ya that's right. Chevy rocks. Hondas suck!

  • We're talking street racing, a straight line! Not a road course race track! It doesn't matter whether you can beat it on a road course because nobody on the street is going to race you around corners like a queer... I'll admit I drive a camaro, but I would say an sti would definitely handle better. But chances of someone building a camaro for a road course are very slim... And to the dipshit that says an 01' cobra will beat a z28 camaro lmao you're an idiot, I've NEVER lost to a cobra!!!

  • @killa4real Agreed.

  • Fags

  • If all a Ferrari was good at was going fast in a straight line, would Ferrari be what it is today?

  • nothin new. another pos riceburning shit cart getting gobbled up by

    american muscle.

cost to power, rice shitboxes lose.

  • @gmpushrodsftw a wrx sti is a rice shitbox to you? oh my god are you retarded. by the way, try taking that camaro to a track, a STi would lap that v8 all day

  • @Wh1teL1ghtinn Exactly, because they are not built for low steering radius. They are built for something that most american people have no knowledge or, ''handling''. I will always prefer a Japanese car. I know everyone has there viewing prespectives and opioins and those are mine.

  • @Wh1teL1ghtinn The new v6 mustang spanked the new 2010 and 2011 wrx around a road course. The mustang gt smashed both the sti and evo by seconds. Which is huge in a road course, keep your 4 doors ill keep my v8

  • @f34rthe4banger i wasnt talking about the new mustang you asspie. i said it would crush the 90s camaro around the track.

  • @Wh1teL1ghtinn a 90s camaro z28 will still beat a 90s impreza.. you cant compare old to new. Sense the sti wasnt in the US till 04 I wont compare it with a 02 camaro, but its a drivers race on a road course and an assbeating in a 1/4 via the ls1 if you would. With a set of tires the camaro/transam has any evo or sti's number on a road course and 1/4. Btw they cost less too, truth hurts.

  • @f34rthe4banger you cant compare old to new? YOU CANT COMPARE OLD TO NEW?

WELL THEN THIS VIDEO IS POINTLESS.

    FAGUTZ

  • @Wh1teL1ghtinn You mad bro?

  • @f34rthe4banger iaintevenmad.

by the way your name is fear the 4banger so why tha fuck do you love plebeian v8s so much...................................

  • @Wh1teL1ghtinn Ive owned a built 18g 02 wrx, an 05 stage 2 sti which is my daily driver, a sn95 cobra with a blown 357 stroker(just sold it to a friend), and now have been modding on my new 02 camaro z28. This account is one a couple different ones. I respect all cars, but I love trolling on people who think 4 bangers are superior to v8s, which is simply not true at all. They can be fun money pits though, I should know.

  • @f34rthe4banger little do you know....i enjoy a mighty v8

  • @Wh1teL1ghtinn What car enthusiast doesnt? Check out Scott Lowerys caddy, I painted some parts on that car and know the owner pretty well. 500+ci BBC with twin turbos... After seeing cars like this its hard to be impressed by a 4 cylinder

  • @gmpushrodsftw The funny thing is that you didnt vreply to the camaro ss vs wrx video on the right?hmm wonder why?

  • @bloodieduckies Oh you mean the one where hes racing a bone stock lt1? LOL. WRX and STI's are slow as fuck. Ive owned a faster subaru and camaro ls1 than you, and can tell you from personal experience the ls1 is 100x the drag car any subaru is. Keep crying fan boy

  • hold the camera inside the fucking car, idiot.

  • STI driver is shit

  • @andyplacee don't get mad that your little turbo 4 cylinder got beat by american muscle... and payed 1/3 the price of the subaru! lol

  • american muscle....

  • "READY! READY! SET! GO!"

  • But now i hav a built 3.4 camaro wit jus a new front end n its bettr then my boys wrx on corners its all the driver for anycar ya awd wnt slip as easy but wen u do n blow ur drivetrain say hello to a nice bill stay basoc rwd n outdrive rice rockets

  • @blazer121611 Why is it when ur a muscle fan, you have to refer to any japanese performance oriented car as a rice rocket? Shit is stupid. If you like your american cars, good for you, but don't try to put down the next man's car just because it's not what you like. There's plenty of "rice rockets" around that will blow the doors off of a ton of american muscle cars and european cars alike. Drive what you like, but quit bashing other peoples shit!

  • @vinnybarretto rice rocket means the same thing as crotch rocket where I live (sports bike)

  • @vinnybarretto Thanks for this comment, you know why? It boils down to racism over anything that isn't American.

  • @blazer121611 WRX < STi in corners, and have you actually put this to the test, or are you like most muscle car fans and cant see past your need to over compensate.

Also, there is no way you can claim that live axle is better then fully independent. its just not true.

I would also like to say that i am both a muscle car fan and an import fan, hell, my father works for GM and has for 30 years.

  • @CVRealMan Solid axle is better for off-roading and drag. Corners? Never.

  • Today's Boss 302 uses a solid rear axle & it's a mean track beast.

  • @DOHCEJ22E1 That's fantastic. If it had IRS it would be even better. And I've heard that for 2015 and on all stangs will have IRS.

  • I had a 98 supercharged blazer n i ran wit an sti nvr at a track but id say 12.8-13.2

  • STi should have won from a dig. Something is wrong here... From a roll, yes the SS wins, but the STi does 0-60 in 4.7. SS is like 5.1...

  • fastest ive seen a stock sti run is low 13s 13.1-13.3 from a dig stock for stock sti vs cobra svt 03/04 sti would most likely win on the streets with some 1 that can drive but at the strip im gonna say the cobra would win

  • Why is it that this supposed Cobra owner only comments on Camaro videos....penis envy much?

  • im not trying to talk shit but ive raced a z28 camaro around the 02 year might have been a 01 i think it might have had like an exhaust and intake with my 07 wrx that at the time had a full exhaust intake and cobb stage 2 that cobb says is 285 crank hp and we did 2 races from a dig and i won by about 4-5 cars i guess it comes down to the driver

  • @07scoobywrx lol the one that i was commenting on? sorry bud thats a 93-97 lt1 with 275hp so it will lose but if its the 02 z28 thats like 320 hp and still would rape a sti doesnt matter it weighs about 300 pounds heavier but its 5.7 and 50 hp moreand tq

  • @SuperSnake330CID the z28 i raced was an 02 i just asked him thats wasnt me in the not sure if thats what ur saying

  • @07scoobywrx you racing a maroon camaro stage 2?

  • @SuperSnake330CID my wrx had the cobb ap stage 2 tune with full exhaust and intake and the 02 z28 had exhaust and intake and we raced 2 times from a dig and i won both times by about 4-5 cars the camaro i raced was white

  • @07scoobywrx then its a drivers race all the way

  • @SuperSnake330CID 10hp more (maybe), and 40ft-lb more, along with 150-200lbs more and half the traction. STi's will go 13.1-13.0 fairly easily bone stock.

  • @Milehighsnake98 i call bullshit. !period. the terminator 2003/ 2004 cobra with 390 hp and t390fttq stock does qtr mile 12.7 right out of the box . so no way a suburu with less then a 100hp does that no way , and cobra wighs like 400 more but still , no way the most i think suburu will do is 13.5 and thats with its best driver

  • When are people going to get it through their heads. The WRX is simply a big clunky 4 door sedan. With a 2.5L H4 (biggest available engine in the car) The Turbo charger and AWD can't make up for the torque output of the LS1. Ultimately, that 5.7L has about 4x the leverage on it's crankshaft as the 2.5L. The WRX might have traction advantage, but that Camaro pulls a lot harder than the WRX.

  • @FANADICALCOWHEAD The STi has gone 12.87 stone stock by more than one driver, and many drivers have gone 13.1-13.0, so they are a drivers race between the LS1 F body and the 2004-2007 STi. Only difference is, it doesn't take good driving to launch an STi hard like it does an F body. And FYI, the STi is rated at 300hp, 300ft-lb and about 3300lbs. The LS1 F body is 310hp, 340ft-lb and 3450+lbs.

  • lol couldnt even pull out of the dig, might wanna take that slowbi back to the dealership and get something with some torque and rwd

  • ready set go!!

  • Both cars stock........so muck for import supremacy.

Oh and you boys can make up all the excuses you want. After watching the vid a few times,It was a dead even start!

  • @zLOSTNOMOREz Exactly. A decent driver would have been ahead of the Camaro by at least a car length right off the start, maybe more on public streets, on street tires. On a drag strip, that's what would happen, and the LS1 would slowly catch back up, making it a drivers race at the finish. The fact it didn't happen that way tells me 2 things. Either the driver of the STi sucked, or the Camaro had drag radials.

  • Both cars stock........so muck for import supremacy!

  • @zLOSTNOMOREz I've never heard of "import supremacy", considering there are cars from every country that will beat cars from every other.

  • as a ton of other people agreed, this race came down to the fact that the subaru driver didnt launch very well, otherwise the race would have been pretty dead even. If there had been bends in the road however, the STI would have been the victor for sure.

  • @ElectricDetonator1 yes and no, the STI has impressive acceleration, but once you get into third its nothing special, the camaro pulls hard until you get to then end of 4th and in to 5th

  • the driver doesnt suck hes racing a ls1 f-body what do you expect hes not going to win

  • @cbeck611 these two cars are actually very similar in speed, Im a camaro fan of course but subarus are quick from takeoff and this one sucked, maybe the driver!!!!!

  • @cbeck611 Actaully, yes he could. Bone Stock STi have gone 12.87 in 1/4 mile, which is tied with the fastest LS1 F body I've ever seen, but it's easier to drive an STi well, no wheelspin to contest with.

  • @Milehighsnake98 my friend has a 2002 ws6 with a stock motor and mickey thompson 26" tires with 4.10 gears and he runs a 12 flat consistently with a 6 speed

  • @cbeck611 I'm not saying it's entirely impossible...But 95% impossible. Those cars don't trap more than 107mph, and 290-310whp in a 3600lb car (plus driver) isn't going 12.00, not when the average car goes 13.40s-ish stock. A stock STi will trap about 105mph, but has better traction.

  • @Milehighsnake98 dude im not lying ill send you a link to his facebook if you want and you can talk to him and look at his videos and pictures of it doing like a 4 inch wheelie and im not bashing on subarus i actually plan on buying a wrx soon cause i cant afford a sti, but i promise you on everything that his car runs a 12 flat with a stock motor and i dont know if you realize how much rear gearing and tire size makes a difference if you want to see his car let me know ill send you the link

  • @cbeck611 Trust me, owning a 4V 4.6L cobra without a supercharger, I know all about how much gearing helps, but it's still not going to make more than .4-.5 seconds difference, and that's for a bad driver. A great driver will only pick up .2-.3 over 1/4.

  • @Milehighsnake98 well all i can say is i know how hard it is to believe but im honestly telling the truth i know every single thing that is done to it cause i was going to buy it off him 2 years ago when i had the money after i sold my truck but he ended up keeping it, the guy races in the 12 sec class about every weekend and has won first place quite a few times over in north west indiana sorta by chicago, i have been to three of his races that last all day and seen him run a 12 flat over n ova

  • throw a bend in the road and the camaros done..

  • @bigdickplaya420 or so you think, contrary to popular beliefe the camaro can hold its own throught the corners

  • @mangekyouuchiha88 No, it can't. It might handle well for a 3500lb pony car with crap visibility, but it wouldn't stand a snowballs chance against other cars around a track.

  • @Milehighsnake98 you obviously haven't driven one around a track then

  • @mangekyouuchiha88 Don't need to. If you compare 100% stock to 100% stock down to the tires, the camaro, against a 1996-2001 cobra or any year STi, would come in 3rd. Having driven a 4th gen F body hard, I can say that, by my standards, it does not handle well. Too much front end dive under braking, too much understeer (more than my cobra even), and a fair amount of body roll. Again, it's a 3500lb pony car. The STi is lighter and has much better tires. It will always win on a road course.

  • race would have been pretty even if the driver in the sti could drive the car correctly

  • that sub should launch alot better than that

  • z all the way ownin that little jap trap

  • I did this same race except my STi is an '05 and my friend was driving an '01 WS6, but I won. Both these cars are mid 13 second cars stock and races will come down to driver.

  • That was a horrible launch from the STI.. better driver and its a much closer race (honestly it's the STIs to lose from a dig like that).

  • @PolakInsignia If its a 350 which it should be since its a a Z28 then it has a 5.7L

  • the sti is good, but had no chance after they hit 60mph, its a 2 liter vs a 6.2 liter :p

the launch is about all the STi has on the camaro

  • @starksy17 6.2? or 5.7?

  • @BOBBYJ420 Z28 is a 5.7. I don't think they ever put a 6.2 in the camaro idk tho. The ss might have something bigger than a 5.7.

  • @mitchyd89 I was correcting him politely, my first car was a 86 z28 with a 5.7 in it and boy do i miss her. The ss i believe is the same block but with ls1-s3 intake and internals, not positive though.

  • @BOBBYJ420 oh I actually didn't even see the original somehow I thought you were asking a question. lol I must have been scrolled passed the original post. ya the STi is a 2.5 also. I wasn't sure about the SS's nowdays but what you said sounds right. i'm more into the muscle car era but I love the 80's camaros. sorry you don't have yours anymore.

  • @mitchyd89 Not as sorry as me :(

  • CHEVY ALL THE WAY

  • The Subi stood no chance regardless. As soon as there is a shift from 1st gear, the HP advantage takes over.

  • Why would the Subaru guy waste his fuckin gas..

  • a STOCK STI will NOT beat an 01-02 Trans-AM or Camaro from a roll, not a 6-speed anyway.

  • @Jutzujin sooo true, people can blame the driver or what ever, but the ls1 fbodies are just faster.

  • like that car really had a chance.....

  • @TheCamarosFTW You don't even know what the car is called musclehead.

  • I though the STI would take the lead at the beginning since they ran from a dig, good race! V8 all the way!

  • i like both cars :D

but still like the V8 Engine roar >:)

  • The Lancer would kill the STI and the camaro . This clip is a joke...lol

  • @moeschizlac haha u must be dreaming both those cars would destoy an evo . You cant beat a v8 camaro if you dont know how to drive. this seemed to be the case in this video

  • @marcmann982...I hope you don't mean a 2011 EVO...lol. The camaro does have an advantage over the STI in this video because of it's light weight(2door coupe versus 4 door sedan). What would the Spyder or Eclipse to the camaro? The driver of the Camaro would have fun admiring the backend of the Eclipse.

  • Comment removed

  • @marcmann982...Why is a door 2 racing a 4 door sedan? The Camaro has a weight advantage over the STI. I like to see the Camaro race a Mitsubishi Spyder or Eclipse. The driver of the Camaro would have fun admiring the backend of the Spyder...lol

  • @moeschizlac Umm actually not.. you must not know much about cars bc if you knew the facts the camaro is actually heavier than the sti weighing in at 3600 pounds to 3700 depending on if its convertible or not. And the wrx's ranged from 3000 to 3200. The evo is about the same. And lighter of the four is the eclipse if its a 2nd gen and is heavier than the sti if its a 3rd or 4th gen. at 3400 pounds. So if you look at it the camaro is the heaviest. So four door sedan thats lighter i think so lol

  • And btw if you look at the horsepower ratio you know that eclipse has the camaro in lighter weight but the camaro has 300 horse and the eclipse has 200 hp. The sti has 305 hp, (stock that is) awd, and is 400 pounds lighter. So i say sti=win lol

  • @marcmann982 The eclipse Gt has over 260hp not 200 unless your talking about the older generation eclipse from the '90s

  • @moeschizlac sure the newer eclipses have 265hp but they still have less horsepower than the sti and z28 camaro. It weights almost the same as the camaro but still is heavier than the sti. And what are you talking about , with eclipse handing more boost the eclipse motors wouldnt even hold enough boost to get over 400 whp when theres turbo and supercharged camaro's runing 9's in 1/4 and pushing upwards of over 500 600 horse so get ur facts right yet again...

  • @marcmann982...There are 350z boosted up to over 600hp with an all aluminum motor. The Mitsubishi has more potential due to the stronger block. Even the older '05 Scion TC motor designed for boost coming out of the factory with a forged steel crankshaft can easily handle 14 psi on stock internals. Anything over 18psi just needs a thicker head gasket Toyota probably wanted to use the TC as a high boosted car with over 350hp to compete but changed their minds and used it as an economy car.

  • @moeschizlac You can get 500hp out of an LS1 naturally aspirated and still get 28 MPG. That shit will handle 14 pounds of boost all day and make over 800hp. If you use an LQ4 engine out of a newer chevy truck its the same design as the LS1 but has a cast Iron block that weighs 50lbs more but can handle upwards of 1600hp when boosted. Suck on that ricer!

  • @TheEdrooney...The LS1 and LS2 out of the corvette are all aluminum. Sorry buddy

  • @moeschizlac I know that shit stick, why dont you try reading my post again. The LQ4 is like the LS1 except it has a cast iron block instead of the LS1 aluminum block. They are the same exact design except the LQ4 can handle way more power and weighs a little more.

  • @TheEdrooney...I was referring to cars though and not trucks.

  • @moeschizlac Who cars what they come in. You can get a complete LQ4 or LQ9 of of ebay for $1200 with less than 100k miles and stuff it in whatever you want.. Sure you can make power with a v6 or 4 cyl, but it will never stack up to the power of a big cubic inch motor. The more air and gas you burn the faster you go, its simple physics.

  • @TheEdrooney "You can get 500hp out of an LS1 naturally aspirated and still get 28 MPG" HAHA yeah ok I would love to see a N/A 500hp LS1 that gets 28 mpg.. I put 420 to the wheels and I know I'm not getting the factory 28 mpg and I can't say I know anyone else that does either.

  • @Black2001SS With a t-56 and 3.42 gears its definitely possible on the freeway, just keep your foot out of it. Nice Camaro. I wish I had an LS1 in my 87. The cast Iron 357ci will have to do for now.

  • @TheEdrooney check out my 88 with an ls1 swap.

  • @firechicken76 Thats pretty sick! You race at Bremerton raceway, thats my local track. Hope to see you there one day so I can see it in person.

  • @TheEdrooney you race at bremerton?? what do you drive? ill be up there this summer at some point, probably the pontiac event in sep for sure. i dont make it up there very often, did you hear they are building a quarter mile track and road coarse in shelton? ill be going there once that is built, since i work there.

  • @firechicken76 Yea I heard that. But I also heard that they need to raise 5 million dollars in the next five years or they wont be able to buy the land. Ive raced up there about three times, but go up there to watch. There arent to many third gens up there. I just got my 357ci re ringed and bearing-ed and just need to paint the motor and tranny, get LS1 rear brakes and I will be good to go. The motor is built, dart heads, scat crank, eagle 6" rods, and XE294 camshaft. Low 11's in the 1/4 I hope.

  • @firechicken76 I drive a 1987 Iroc. It used to be red when I raced it last but I am painting it flat black with candy apple red Grand Sport stripes on both sides. I swapped to a th350 with 3k stall, and a fourth gen rear diff with 4.10 gears. I did have a 100hp shot of nitrous for it to but had to sell it.About two years ago I decided to do what you did and restore the car. Its just now starting to come back together again. Im still on the hunt for some C5 corvette front brakes and Z06 wheels.

  • @TheEdrooney sounds like you have a good build up going there, what did you run last time you were at the track? i just put a cam in a few months ago, and got some drag radials too, so im hoping for much better times.

  • @firechicken76 Last time it was the stock L98 tuned port 350 with 160k miles. Best of a 14.8. I go down to Shelton all the time to play disc golf, you should come out and throw a round some time. Cold beers and good buds!

  • @firechicken76 Good buds as in chronic.

  • @marcmann982 ...Also the eclipse motor can handle more boost due to it's cast iron block unlike the Camaro with it's weak fragile internals. The internal on the Camaro will just crumble up under all the heat from the high boost...lol

  • Stop making the other driver drive slow in order to make the v6 camaro to appear faster. The STI looked like it was only cruising...lol

  • im sorry but the camaro won fair and square. an sti could only take a camaro on the track.

  • That was an obvious outcome.

  • subie needs driver mod

  • you don't deserved to drive that subie. you suck

  • damm Subaru...

    go faster

  • Subarus was made for tracks lol ?

  • as much as i love American cars, theyre only good in a straight line. While japanese car manufacturers engineer their cars in order make a well-rounded cars with great handling, efficency and maintaince.

  • Lol at everyone saying they would rather have an STi than a Camaro. You are comparing a ~8,000 dollar car to a ~20,000 dollar car. If I was going to dump 20 grand on a car I would get a C5 Z06 and blow the STi away in the twisties too.

  • who honestly cares what car is faster?? lol camaros are ugly as shit, STI's look and drive amazing.............its just about who puts more money into there car that decides who is victorious, a few bolt ons and the sti is hitting 11's, same goes for the camaro but them things are soooo ugly who would want to drive one and mod it out anyway

  • @afgandominator On what basis does an Sti look amazing? A box with a retarded spoiler. And its a 4 door sedan. I think it looks like a cartoon.

  • @joeympower personal preference i guess, I would take a STI wayyyy b4 i got a Camaro, just what i like, I also rock a 04 Roush 440A but I still drive my wrx 95% of time because its just so damn fun to drive lol

  • @afgandominator I like stis a lot actually. My friend had a 2004 and it was the first real car I ever drove. So hard, so fast and that turbo sound is just so much fun. I actually plan on buying one for my winter car after the truck is gone, though I still think they look retarded. Its retarded in a fun way.

  • @afgandominator damn straight! you dont dont see camaros on WRC stage!

  • STI driver sucks!!!

  • @srtallday No they not faster

  • @80v8camaro yesss a STI is faster than a 02 stock z28

  • @afgandominator that why the sti is in the rearview miror...

even if it was faster, the camaro is more beautiful and have better value over year than those overpay

plastic shit 4 cyl(you can call it sti)

  • @80v8camaro and what does looks have to ANYTHING with the performance of a car besides aerodynamics?

  • @afgandominator amen a chevy fan that is not biased. why cant all enthusiasts be this way

  • I ran a STi that was COBB Tuned against my Stock SS w/ 4.10 gears ( 6 Speed) on a roll and with him brake boosting he would stay a good half a car ahead of me every time and I was running low 13's near 110mph traps too at the time.

Good run though and nice kill.

  • @98DemonZ28 damn a COBB tuned STI makes about 320-350whp and run mid-high 12's with just turboback exhaust, SS makes what?-325hp at crank stock? Dude must have not known how to drive the thing if he only stayed 1/2 car ahead of u....but who knows maybe your a badass driver, i prefer the ss wayyy over the z28:-)

  • @afgandominator

Yea I was 313whp stock and 325 torque. My car makes 350+ crank hp. And it wasn't a full out half a car length either. He was really a fender length lol. The 4.10 gears helped out a lot behind a 6 speed.

  • Oh and SRTALLDAY...get off this page cause your srt4 or whatever gay srt u have won't touch a ls1, and wouldn't stand a chance against a 03/04 terminator!!! Dumb asses

  • 3800power knows what he's talking about. For all u idiots thinking a sti is faster shouldn't be into cars because that gay 2.5 TURBO isn't packing the power like the ls1 lol and btw your awd is shit, especially top end, fuck it's shitty outta the hole to lmao

  • @m69ortiz ok so you beat an import....BIG DEAL! Go race a new challenger or a Mustang GT and see how you do! And awd kicks ass when there isnt a nice clean road. Lets see how a ls1 would do on a dirt road or on a snow covered street? Nothing. Dumbass rednecks with there big engines and small dicks! Yeah, I went there!

  • @cjzzzzzzz haha if he raced a mustang gt or a challenger the ls1 would still win. The '11 5.0 would be a fight.but a few bolt ons hes toast . also with a few weight mods, suspension, and good tires. . An F-Body handles quite well (Now i didnt say AS good) . and your car wont sound like a loud golf cart. . Awesome.

  • Comment removed

  • LOL at all the STi leg humpers who talk about it being driver error. If the Camaro is on drag radials he will stay door to door with the STi out of the hole, and walk him up top, exactly like what happened.

  • @3800power depends on who has more money into there car bruh, STI with just exhaust and tune runs mid 12's throw a few more bolt-ons, bigger turbo, injectors yada yada yada and the camaro wont see the STI, same goes for the Camro though, mod that bitch out right and u can beat the STI, ........all depends on your mods, stock for stock they bout even, ....id go with the STI, better daily driver and they sound so damn meeeaaaan

  • S- illy T-oys I-diot

  • that z28 is packing

  • STi 0 to 100 km/h is 4.7 sec !!!!!

maybe he cant shift the gear quick !!!!

  • Dam thats still pretty impressive to me, I shift about twice as long as that guy in the STI. I've only done 12 hours on my leanders

  • Spanked!!!!!

  • awd is nothing when the driver sucks

  • wow that guy in the Subaru needs to learn how to drive, late on the gears poppa smurf

  • @xXgrapedrankXx its a stock subaru, wouldnt have made a difference.

  • if you can get 2wd to hook its gonna be faster , 4wd just robs horsepower, this is why in drag racing there is no 4wd. and for the record the camaro has alot more power than the subi.. sooo yeah its gonna win

  • Both those cars are some of my favorites but awd loses?

  • All on the driver in this race. Idk wtf the Subie driver was doing? But what was the dude who started the race doing? Lmaoo, he was all in 2 Fast 2 Furious mode "READY... READY... SET... GOOO!!"

  • Yay you beat a car with half the engine you have. you must have a fast ass car. =]

  • @prisonbreak7760 power output is almost the same on these cars so who cares about displacement?

  • Ok, I'll play devils advocate here. The sti was not built for straight line pulls like the camaro. These are two extremely different cars built for two extremely different purposes. Rather than make this a typical "vs" video, turn it into a showcase of strengths. My suggestion for a "part 2" video: Same two cars on a twisty mountain road with sharp turns and elevation changes, maybe throw in some snow for shits&giggles. Two sides to every coin.

  • v8 vs a flat four seems hardly fair and pointless

this is stupid, find similar cars in similar classes and compare

  • stop trying to make the sti seem like he would of won. my stock Lt1 beats stock sti's let alone an ls1. relax subbie maniacs

  • @BRUTESH0T LS1 maybe. LT1 no way, especially not stock.

  • @281SOHC how are you ganna tell me? back when mine WAS stock i raced a stock 06 subbie sti. and i won by more than a car length
