i wish i could do that but whenever i apply any color eyeliner to my water line it either looks like im drowzy or my eyes water real bad and it smears the liner...

so i stick to applying eyeliner to my lash line instead...which sucks cuz its a different effect

Can u spend some more time on how to create the cat eye look with the liquid liner? how do you make sure you are winging it out at the right angle? I LOVE how beautiful it looks on you. I always seem to wing it out the wrong way. Any advice?

@jaggerj1025 One tip for getting the liner to wing out at the desired angle is to look down at a mirror instead of your normal eye level. Make sure you have good lighting too. Hope this helps! :)

I'm more of a bright or dramatic color eyeshadow person, but I have tried to put on lashes so many times and it's always super fail. You make it look so easy.
