Well, in the English version Seem is voiced by a girl, while in the French version the voice is done by a male. Myself I prefer playing the games in French and therefore tend to think about Seem as male, but the overall opinion is that it's a girl.

Weel, just have to say in the german game, Seem´s voice is male too (sounds awefull D:!) I prefer playing the english version because the voices sound MUCH BETTER!

I think you're thinking of JazerGames =), but she doesn't record the TPL cutscenes since TPL doesn't have a scene player.
