well, ive seen quite a few balloon artists be able to blow up balloons. so while it's hard (i've tried AND i have a lipring), it's not impossible. it's kinda like trying to blow up a balloon in a bottle, stretching the mouth of the ballon over the opening of the bottle (soda/beer bottle.) you cant. human lungs havent the capacity to inflate air while simultaneously trying to compress the air inside the bottle. so it's sort of the same way trying to inflate a 260Q. sort of.

LOL getgone13! The manufacturer recommends you don't use your mouth. You SHOULD use any kind of balloon pump. I think it takes something like 120-140 lbs psi to blow up a 260 balloon, so you can hurt yourself if you don't do it correctly.
