  • He makes me laugh with such mirth... I love it.

  • while this was very nice, its kinda why i dont go to elivis shows anymore...the og elvis would never have done anything so cheezy

but really cool to see he brought back the wheel of songs

  • @brabon1 Im not saying you are, but what you just said makes you sound like a total asshole.

  • @musoshi come on...its cheesy

  • Like a boss

  • Elvis Costello all I can say is dude you are an amazing human being I can only aspire to have half your class someday. To the Bride and groom I hope your life together is filled with laughter and love.

  • Elvis is still talking about y'all, he told the story at the Asheville, NC show! Congrats, that has to be the coolest proposal ever...and I'm totally jealous of your bride-to-be getting to hug on Elvis!! lol :)

  • This is a beautiful moment. Loved this clip.Congratulations to you both!!

You're gonna have to top this EVERY anniversary my friend. lol. That'll take some work but I know you'll do it.

Saw the Spinning Songbook show last week in Toronto, no one proposed that night... but Elvis was incredible as usual.

  • Congratulations!

  • hi coach you told me to watch this so i watched it :)

  • Elvis Costello... What a gentleman.

  • Those are some great words!!! but screw those a-holes who kept screaming "don't do it". what jerks!

  • congratulations! i wish i'd been there, that was wonderful!

  • I saw Elvis last night at the Beacon and he said that a couple just got engaged on stage in Boston - I kinda thought he was joking! I am usually a cynic but I think this is the sweetest thing in the world. Elvis is so gracious and funny and awesome. Congratulations, so sweet!

  • this was the GREATEST...congratulations you two!!

  • Congrats to the happy couple! And yes, Mike, she did go up and spin.

  • Awesome Mike, congratz!

  • Getting married in the same year you're getting bat mitzvah'd? I thought they only did that hundreds of years ago. Just proof you're still young.

  • Totally frickin kick-ass! Steve is a maestro!!

  • Congratulations to the both of you. What a wonderful moment. Also, how kickass is it that Steve Nieve played "here comes the bride"?!

  • I was there; what a great moment! Congratulations to you both!!

  • Wish I could say that I know Elvis, or even know someone who knows someone who knows someone who knows Elvis. All I did was call the theater and ask that a message get to Elvis via his tour manager. She called me back from her cell phone and we took it from there. The bride-to-be was simply told arrangements had been made for us to be chosen to spin the wheel. So she went up expecting to spin....

    -Mike, the happy groom-to-be :)

  • @CollegePrepExpress Well done, Mike!

  • @CollegePrepExpress: Great job, man! It can't be easy to do that in that sort of environment. Cheers!

  • @CollegePrepExpress Best of everything to you both. Gosh, I love Elvis.

  • It was nice vignette during a memorable evening. How did this get arranged? Obviously several people were in the know and helping to make it happen.

  • ...and sexyness....CONGRATS!!!! WHOOO!!!!!!!

  • I was there for this event. It was so cool. The great thing about the Spinning Songbook tour is the spontaneity it generates. Only Elvis could pull this off. Did you catch the part where Steve inserted "Here Comes the Bride" in the middle?

  • Did Hilory say "yes" and then hug Elvis Costello?? Ha... congratulations you crazy kids. Good luck!
