@TsurinoDazuji it's called timestretching.. and it was a neat new aural trick from the early 90's due to the lost cost of powerful PCs of the time.

Esta canción la descargue y algunas otras canciones las grabe del GTA2 y converti el video a mp3 e igual intente buscar las que pude, ya que hay algunas que son muy dificiles de encontrar
