Odd, it sounds like someone try to jam the station with a "over the horizon radar"

@TheAluminiumklorid The OTHR was on frequency before the numbers station came up, and continued to be seen on frequency after the numbers station was complete. there are onnly so many usable pieces of f spectrum and so very different stations often end up on the same frequencies.

@proct0r Sort of. Right now it is probably transmitting at 0500/0520/0540 or 0700/0720/0740 UTC every Sunday. I suspect the 0700 hour slots are in use right now. However, the frequencies used change every month or so and are currently unknown.
