This movie was truly riveting. I have a personal connection with the Luckey family. They are some of the nicest, fun, generous and most genuine people I have ever met.
This is heartbreaking. One of his first commssions while Tom was at Yale was a beautiful rosewood rocking chair for me to give to my husband as a wedding present in l965. Our sons loved it to run dinky toys up and down the back. It has moved with us from the Us to Switzerland, Germany, Portugal and the UK. It now sits in our retirement home in Pennsylvania and has all our guests in a very inquisitive mood.
For some reason I decided to type in my name which is Megan Luckey and this video popped up. I wonder if in some way were related. There aren't that many Luckey's out there.
I have a lot to thank Tom Luckey for.
