  • I don’t usually comment much on YouTube but I seem to be commenting and wanting to comment on your videos. I feel very blessed to have found your music while I still have some of my hearing. You have such a gift not only musically but your smile can light up a room especially when it reaches your eyes. I have to say you brought tears to my eyes with this song. That is a very good thing. God Bless you always, for you bring joy into people’s lives.

  • ears have or ever will hear.....i hate typo's....lol

  • Larry.....That voice of your's, my friend, is thee richest sound my years have or ever will hear.....It is enchanting.....ione marie

  • You are extremely talented!! I really enjoy everything you do!! Keep up all the great work!!

  • an excellent rendition of a much covered song

    P.S. I like the suit :)

  • For someone posting on youtube, aren't you somewhat sensitive? I must point out that I was not even CORRECTING you. I made a RECOMMENDATION. Furthermore, the verb in my sentence was "SHOULD HAVE BEEN," not "IS" which implies "constructive criticism" as opposed to CORRECTION. Albeit, you have just scared away a prospective customer. Goodluck and have a good day!

  • @celestronyt No. You were correcting me. And I don't want or need you as a 'customer', nor am I interested in your critiques.. Have a good day!

  • Very good rendition. I recommend you have a copy of the lyrics standing by in case you forget some lines. The opening verse should have been: You ask how much I need you, must I explain. Followed by: I need you oh my darling as roses need the rain.

  • @celestronyt If you correct people, do it correctly. It's not 'as roses need the rain'. It's 'like roses need rain'. So while I did make a slight error, your 'correction' was both unnecessary AND innacurate as well. But thanks for taking the time.

  • Glen Campbell does the quintessential of this imo. Great job here too.

  • Beautiful song:), romantic and peaceful .*****

  • This could become the quintessential version! I'm so glad susternoonshine13 shared one of your videos with me! You are a rare find on You Tube!

    that counts - Johnny Mathis.

  • Really nice version of this fine song. Enjoyed listening to this....Thank you. -Kenny

  • Great job Larry, along side Billy J. Kramer and Donny Osmond's versions being faves, You are now right along up there with them...and actually outrank them! Love this as it's so sincere in it's delivery..any girl would fall to pieces if you sang this for them!!

  • No one's mentioned Donny's version of this. Doesn't matter since this is clearly the best we've ever heard.

All dressed up - hope there's someplace fun to go.

  • Oh my my my.....exquisitely performed! And l love the dressy outfit...red tie..nice !! : ) Very classic indeed.

  • I'm fairly sure that Johnny Mathis' version is the only version I've ever heard or cared to hear...'til now.

  • Exceptional job Larry !!!! As usual.

  • Great song. You look quite handsome here, by the way. Greetings!

  • Larry......Great song choice....That voice can stop someone on a dime....Really like how you can hold those notes......Like roses need rain?....what a lyric......You, my friend, are the water that feeds us what we want and need.........ione marie

  • Stunning, Larry. Really.

Quintessential version....I think I may have just watched it.

  • I always thought Johnny Mathis did the quintessential version of The Twelfth Of Never. I never really associate it with anyone else.
