  • thats what i would call a getto rig hhaha

  • I would have thought being an aussie, you would have better soldering skills bro??? (Kidding) Nice -one Although I think I can see it causing issues later down the line possibly thinking about how nand works... Good one anyways, I might give it a go myself sometime...

  • Hey Grim, I am on xbox-scene with you and I was wanting to play with this a little. I want to do this to my Slim. I have a bunch of dead Xenon boards laying around. My plan is to desolder the tsop from my xenon and do like you did here on my slim. then program my glitched tsop file to the TSOP I soldered to it. Then I will try to find a way to turn my glitch board off when I switch to the original nand. I wasnt wanting to cut traces on the board. if you have a guide let me know. you da man

  • @daMods100 You have a Very Simple Xbox that will run Homebrew then

  • whats this weird chip48 thing do?

  • @xxHitmanxxORxx the tsop48 holds the 16mb of software on the console, aka nand.

  • Your a fucking idiot. You realize this is Grim from Xbox Scene right?

  • still a nice piggy back job :)

    see ya around :)

  • ya this is kinda out dated now, it took me a week and a half to get this working and ive worked with tsop's for over 2 years.

if your looking to do freeboot to your console i would suggest XBRebooter.

  • or a cygnos chip. I heard xbreboot is kind of glitchy at times.

  • How u install 2 nand chip on the 360 can i have the totorial

  • If I understand it right you have 2 kernels running on your console:

    - original 8489 (on the original NAND?)

    - Xell on your homebrew thing

I don't quite get it since 8489 was supposed to burn a fuse and blocking JTAG.

  • I really hope a noob friendly tutorial will be released on how to do this, I mean with a step by step tut I think even I could do this, but without a tut I am clueless.

  • It's pretty complex...

  • This is nice work Grim!!

  • gj grim 5stars for this

could i use cygnos v1.0 instead of sandwich?

  • yes but i believe you would have to flash the v1 with a infectus.

  • @MyWolvE i think you mean nand switch

  • Nicely done

  • He used a nand from an un repairable 360, then used a switch to manually switch it. So that it would reboot with freeboot.

  • i see

  • what is the use of this?
