Hello my name is Kwayu Graham. I was born and raised in Oak Ridge and this video reminded me of the great city I grew up in. Thank you. I wish they could have shown downtown and the old bakery, and also Mrs. Margarets grocery store in Scarboro community. Great job and once again thanks.

Fun Fact.  Did you know

This town was established to accomadate the workers who joined the race to make the atomic bomb, which makes it the birth place of the abomb. this place was chosen because the mountian ranges would protect the city if there were ever an accidental blast of any type.

AncientEgypt: Did you miss the Waterfall? The BEACH at Clark Center Park, if you want to go Ice Skating, you can travel about 20 miles to Knoxville, they have an ice skating rink there.

And for anyone else that lives in Oak Ridge and doesn't like it, just like PitBull says you can get on Illinois Ave, or the Turnpike and leave. So leave Oak Ridge, or any other town.I was born and raised in Oak Ridge,I lived other places. I came back, I raised my children in Oak Ridge, best place anywhere.

well, maybe oak ridge should add a waterfall since it seems to be so popular with viewers! how about somewhere between taco bell and panera? add some more 'scenic beauty'. while we're at it, lets add a beach! and an ice skating rink!

Congradulations on 1st place. Well done. I grew up in Oak Ridge and really miss it. The rope swing, Big Eds, the North Ridge Trail...Running around the mountains around Oak Ridge instilled a strong since of exploration in me. I've been to over 75 countries and seen some pretty incredible stuff but Oak Ridge is still my favorite place. Thanks for the memories!
