Also, french-braid your hair before going to sleep so it won't tangle. In the morning it's so much easier to style. Just a great tip :)

Thank you so much for posting this video! I just got hair extension two days ago and I was so excited about getting them that I forgot to ask about maintaining them. I just have one question. I have really really oily skin and scalp and my extensions are only glue in, will the oil from my scalp loosen the bonds.

@loadsoftrouble, yes it will. only wash your extensions when you take your hair down. if you wash it let sarah, it will loosen the glue and the hair will fell out.
