@the777brian why on gods green earth would you play a 400 watt amp? that can't possibly be tube and what kind of cab do you play through? unless of course it's a bass amp but the only bass amp I can see as sounding good while playing guitar through it is the old bassmans from the 60's

love this amp! sounds better than my 1982 marshall jcm800 50watt. and 18 watts of tube power is plenty.

@bluesforever24 Funny you mention that. I too have an 82 Marshall JCM 800 2204. It's taken the back seat since I got my Phaez. I now have my Marshall at Randy's (Phaez Amps) for modification that will start with KT-88 power tubes. I have nothing but trust in Randy's work and can't wait to hear what he comes up with!

umm thats got lots of furr around the edges, wicked amp dude, do you make them up around 50 watt range? and what are you using for tubes other then the EL84 and do you have 12ax7's in this amp?

Its my own design ZP. I did start with the Marshall 18watt Lite 2B but it was a little too limited. Something quite a bit different. I can talk to you about it at AX84 if you like.
