Here's the deal folks: the banks are squeezing everybody and when their squeeze pushes some over the edge they have to squeeze those who remain all the harder. Look into Advanta Bank and what's happened to it, because that's the template for what's happening to the other major banks.

The banks cannot seize Social Security, retirement or SSI money nor at least in NY State can they touch a bank account that is "dedicated" money from these sources nor a bank account less than $1,200. There might be similar laws in your state. You look like you might be a pensioner (no offence) but it is within your legal rights and power not to turn over money that comes from pensions and SS.
it's not just bank of America..it;'s mbna, citi, fia, if these greedy selfish bankers need to kill Americans by raising interest rates to unsustainable payments then by all means everyone should revolt and stop paying ..what can they do? through us into jail? no i doubt it..they can and will harass us, that's all they can do...lets start a movement, a revolt a revolution and lets start by boycotting credit card payments NOW!
They can take their over valued homes, complex credit cards scams, and private loans that preyed on the young and shove it right up their ass. :)
Credit score do not define you and if you let them you are a pathetic human being that deserves to be defined by your credit score.
Oh and I challenge banks not to loan money to people with poor credit, I DARE you... You never ever would stop, you will always lend to credit risks. ALWAYS.

You seem to be a thinkfull man.
Well think about this:
The first king was born when in troubled times a family united behind one man to stand militarily chance.
They just never got their ownership back.
So after all they left.. built little houses.
As king claimed property so did they. As king invaded they became lords.
There is Nothing and I mean NOTHING, to support the socialism that used to exist before.
Companies have logical lead AND Bettering structure. It DOES Work<-Leaders Royalts

Sorry the real problem is the property ovnership.
Also all resouces are theirs so there will be many types of blockades ahead.
They also take out people in about 20% slices.
So the next slice has no trouble att all in sigth during the next decade.

ask all people you meet : the very least to do is keep a zero balance in checking /savings and cancel credit cards.
leave the bank altogether
stop making payments...if thousands of people didn't make mortgage payments.the end would come.
our corrupt government would need to act.
a month must be named to insure an impact, late charges are not really gruesome..should boycott fail
