Just a suggestion- to make the open,bloody part inside the zipper, you could use tissue or toilet paper, attach it with liquid latex then cover it with blood and a brown or black eyeshadow to give the illusion of bruises or wounds within the "unzipped" skin:) It would give the whole look a little dimension and make it more realistic! BTW- the lighting is way too bright:(

it looks nice, but i think maybe next time you should put the liquid latex onto the fabric of the zipper and then use more on your face to blend it in better, because it looked pretty obvious that something was glued to your face (from what i could tell with the crazy contrast).
