Being a 'Rock Star' was just the modem for Jim to express his feelings to the greatest number of people...It was a By-product of his musik/poetry...Jim lives on in the few that get it.his musik lives forever to all generations. The lyric changes and vulgarity was just shock value to get people to listen and wake up. And he was doing way before Alice cooper or Sabbath. Jim is The Lizard King!

Yeah, Ray described as "Jim, and the other Charamastic Morrison, Van, singing together in harmony "Gggglloorrriiiaaa" There was actually a scene in the Doors movie, where Ray was on vocals and Jim/Val jumped on stage and started singing, but it was removed.

He spent all his money on Pam's garment boutique, his long standing rental at his hotel room (Never bought a house), and booze, and trips with Pam. People can say what they will, but Morrison was NEVER in it for the money. The man only wanted to be remembered for his words...and he accomplished that. RIP "Jimbo"
