  • my mum got diagnosed 1month ago, i cried everyday for over 2weeks- the news is just setting in properlly now.. mum had a mesectomy 1week ago and is recovering sooo well, drains came out 2days ago, she seems soo much happier now the drains are out. got chemo for 6months in the newyear. i pray everyday for everyone affected. you are so strong. have you finished chemo ?

  • @widdawiddawaldo Hey, i'm so sorry to hear about your mother's diagnosis and the pain it has caused your family, i'm sure you are providing her with immense amounts of support and comfort which is the best thing you could ever do for her, showing your love against all odds :) my masectomy really wasn't as bad as i envisioned, the skin has healed well,i'm just waiting for further surgery so my other breast matches! I finished chemo at the end of september i now have 3 inches of thick hair :) K x

  • Your so amazing xxx

  • i can only hope you are better my dear at such a young age....at any age to be true...best wishes.

  • Hi Katie, I hope you're doing well after your surgery. I think i your videos are great! I have breast cancer as well. I had my double mastectomy on Oct. 24th. I had chemo prior to my surgery as well. Unfortunately they found 13 positive lymph nodes so I am undergoing more chemo presently. I try to help newly diagnosed women by telling my story. It makes me feel good knowing I have helped someone. You are doing the same with your videos. :). Hang in there sweetie. We're going to make it through

  • @Solange72210 Heya! So sorry i have'nt responsed to this sooner, i'm so sorry to hear the pesky cancer had found its way into all 13 nodes, mine was in just 2 which i guess makes me 'lucky' i still opted for the masectomy which was the right descision as the cancer inside the breast was more extensive than the origional lump! I have just finished radiotherapy which was a walk in the park in comparion to chemo :) i really hope your doing well honey, we are indeed going to come out of this K x

  • hey hun, ur doin amazing :D xxxx

  • Hi Katie, still thinking of you and checking in with you, keep strong. Hope everything is going well and on track for a full recovery. Keep strong girl. x

  • stay hopeful Katie, you shall win. Faith is the best medicine which can cure even the incurable. it always helps. may God be with you, always and every time. wish you a speedy recovery.

  • I'm sure you're too humble to realise it, but you're a f*kin hero, to all the people who're affected, to all those who know someone who is, and to people like me, who have no direct connection to what you're going through, but am nonetheless intensely moved and inspired by you. The calmness and down to earth nature with which you discuss going through, what to many people would be one of the scariest things imaginable, is breathtaking.

  • @returnoftheredeye a hero huh!? Some days it's really hard to envision myself as anything more than a victim, you get the days when you feel terribly emo and just want to weep in a darkened corner, BUT i also feel incredibly empowered reading comments like yours, enlightening and helping people via my videos makes me an extremly proud person :) K x

  • Keep strong.

  • Katie,

I was diagnosed two days ago, and would love to hear about your lumpectomy. I get one in two days, and I'm terrified. I will go through your videos, so I can stay up to date. I thought you mentioned a lumpectomy earlier, but not it seems like you've had a mastectomy. Wishing you well sweetie.

  • @Neequu78 hey! Man it sucks you were diagnosed so recently :(, but it makes me even happier to know you found my videos which could be of some resource to you during this immensly difficult time. I'm wondering how your lumpectomy went and how you feel about having the smaller procedure? If you feel like getting in contact add my facebook (katie huttlestone) if you have one, and leave a little message saying its you! katie x

  • Oh My why not use the little tubes and bulb we have here at Cleveland Clinic. They shouldnt make u wear those awful bottles. Tell them to change them right now and use what the Clinic does in USA

U R too young to be going through this. God's vengence will be fierce on those that have done this to all of His children

Google sv40 simian virus in the polio vaccine and Planet Cancer on the mad scientist Dr Cornelius P Rhodes who helped deveope chemo from mustard gas. Praying 4 you and u pray too

  • Hi. I hope your doing ok. Don't know if you have time to read these or not but just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you, I'm sure a lot of other people are as well. My best wishes.

  • You are so brave in the way you have approached this. You are one very special person!
