If we minister for spiritual growth, numerical growth will be what god chooses it to be; only if that is what he (God) wants. Paul described the growth process as this, "I planted, Apollos watered, but God was causing the growth" 1 Corinth 3:6-7. congregations were small in numbers, so are you saying those pastors were cursed? I am not speaking against large congregations of believers, but in reality, and observing from history, most congregation are small and it seems that the smaller they are, the more effective they are. Mega Church Syndrome (MCS) does nothing but warehouse Christian. Its corporate churching. Look, all business models are incorporated into ALL mega churches.
