SA-X only has Samus' basic weaponry, it's chances are at 0%.

@surgebot001 Dark Samus is sure to win. Remember that X-Parasite's natural predator are the Metroids, which includes Dark Samus. I don't think it would be an easy fight considering SA-X can clone herself overtime.
@Obnavo i could see her being a slower yet stronger samus or even a faster but weaker samus with that spreading phazon beam that she uses in the battles (especially in prime 2) that you can't really escape as the final smash or have her do that weird phazon shield thing from the final battle in prime 2.

@Mannetasi The music would fit great into BG music in a movie trust me but they where reused too much and the only themes I liked where approaching MB escaping sector zero and the phantoon/queen metroid theme I liked how the game showed how fast and nimble as she was shown in the manga the areas where nothing compaired to Skytown but they where better than most other game areas I liked how they showed her as human but they over did it a bit, But in the primes she showed no human life at all
Im getting annoyed by all the people like you who are nitpicking Other M to death just because its diffrent than the other Metroid games and because of Samus herself. You know what if you didnt already watch these two reviews that i have linked. They pretty much tell you what i love about Other M and why it gets to much hate:
@Hawkeye4500 I said all it had was random drum loops with little melody. conpare any of the Other M music to something like Phendrana Drifts and you'll see what i mean.
and ive beaten the game. the credits song alone isnt enough to to save the entire soundtrack.

I liked "Desperate Struggle", The Vorsash boss theme, and that awe-inspiring lonely piano in the alternate menu theme. The soundtrack may have not been up to levels set by the Prime Trilogy, but there are some gems.
@RoyboyX Nintendo should make a fan site dedicated to letting people choose the characters that they died they could of had in Brawl so people can choose and then people can take the biggest vote on what character is most demanded and it should also let people choose what songs they want in it like Metroid Zelda Mario etc and also if the fans want the new Nintendo characters and the Sega character Sonic and Konamo character Snake and im running out of characters on this so ill stop now
But damn! Everyone talking about Other M being horrible. Was it really that bad? I love Metroid and pretty much played all of them EXCEPT Other M. Which I intentionally didn't play...

@MatthewESims As far as I'm concerned, Samus was infected with some sort of mind disease that altered her personality greatly, and warped her memory during the events that transpired during Other M. It was just never brought up at all or explained. I won't listen to anyone who tells me otherwise :3
I'm glad we can all agree that Other M was a fucking travesty. Everything about it was just... Vomit-inducing. Metroid is great when it's about being alone on an alien world, fighting giant creatures with badass weapons. Other M turned most of this into quicktime events, while having Samus pall around with gruff space marines was just insulting.

@Obnavo She Rises to center of the stage, creates a shield of Phazon, fires little Phazon spheres at everyone to drag them in, then does the move where she turns herself into a missle, shoots herself down to the ground pulling everyone with her creating a massive explosion. just an idea :D

The only think i cannot accept is yes that cutscene where she sees Ridley again and just stands there doing nothing.
But still that cutscene was great too its acually one of my favorite moments in the game!

i was the smooth transition between Morph Ball and Standing
and ANTHONY MTHER FUCKING HIGGS!
but srsly, Other M didnt add to samus's character. In all the metroid mangas, fusion and basically every other time we got to see Samus's charactr she was... well... strong.
she was far stronger and more realistic as a person. In other M they just took that feeling of strength away from her. Thats why I (and many MANY others) hate other M.

And there are MORE good things in Other M!
The bosses are insane!!
The Gamplay and the Metroid experience was Good
The story was good
The music was good
The visuals was also nice.
Other M IS a great game and i really hate when people underrate it like freaking G4/Xplay!

they didnt have that true metroid charm, like remeber versing thlngs like the Omega Pirate and Boost Guardian?
When you were versing them you had this scenc that they were real living creachers with personality you know?
Other M just didnt have that. The battles werent bad they just didnt feel right.
The visuals were prtty good, but snot yellow isnt the best colour for samus's armour.
and Other M didnt have music.
There were no melodies. Just random drums.

Other M didnt have music? Now you are being really unfair to the game dude Other M had some great songs. Not only amazing remixes but also some of its own. I especally love the Queen Metroid/Phantoon battle theme and Main Theme 2.

@Mannetasi The music would fit great into BG music in a movie trust me but they where reused too much and the only themes I liked where approaching MB escaping sector zero and the phantoon/queen metroid theme I liked how the game showed how fast and nimble as she was shown in the manga the areas where nothing compaired to Skytown but they where better than most other game areas I liked how they showed her as human but they over did it a bit, But in the primes she showed no human life at all

and ive beaten the game. the credits song alone isnt enough to to save the entire soundtrack.

I liked "Desperate Struggle", The Vorsash boss theme, and that awe-inspiring lonely piano in the alternate menu theme. The soundtrack may have not been up to levels set by the Prime Trilogy, but there are some gems.

@LordKevin92 Im sure PS3 has its awesome games along side its rival XBOX 360 the only thing i hate about PS3 is the online server it goes down a lottttttttttttttttttttttttt and no even though Sony said they fixed the security if they really did i think the PSN network got hacked so bad awhile ago its just keeps going down LOL even though XBOX Live is as expensive as a brand new game its still a better online experience

@cooldude8912 yeah i hated that time when the psn went down.. actually i always get on and i can play without issues :) sometimes i cant get online.. but thats no problem :P i just play single player or do another thing.. im not a game addict lol.... AND... all my friends have ps3 so if i were to buy an xbox 360 i wouldnt have any friends to play with :( im happy with my ps3 :P and i sometimes miss my wii(especially metroid prime games)

@MatthewESims As far as I'm concerned, Samus was infected with some sort of mind disease that altered her personality greatly, and warped her memory during the events that transpired during Other M. It was just never brought up at all or explained. I won't listen to anyone who tells me otherwise :3

I'm glad we can all agree that Other M was a fucking travesty. Everything about it was just... Vomit-inducing. Metroid is great when it's about being alone on an alien world, fighting giant creatures with badass weapons. Other M turned most of this into quicktime events, while having Samus pall around with gruff space marines was just insulting.
