What i don't get is why is john connor a man in this film whith his dad rese(a boy) when john connor is not ment to be born yet. Cos i thought this film was set in the present time?(as far as terminator goes)

He knows his destiny and from his mother in the previous parts, he knows that in the future he is going to send a man from the future to be his father. Because he knows that, once he found a guy with the name of Kyle Reese (and he knows that this is the name of his father), he just protects him and sends him back in time, so that the past becomes true and the future (which is the present at that time) happens.

i agree, i sat there waiting to feel emotion or for something to unfold and it never came lol. Since I waited.... the movie seemed to have went by akind of fast.
There were too many times where skynet fucked up when it shouldnt have. If skynet would have just killed kyle when they found him... game over. Plus they leave out the part where kyle goes back in time. there are so many holes that i think they left it open for another.
BTW does anyone know what the original ending was cuz i heard they changed it
I heard the same thing about the ending, and all I know about it, is that Arnold doesn't appear in the original ending.
About the gaps in the movies, I agree with you.
I waited till the end to see how they are going to send Kyle in time, because in the first 3 parts I've always been curious about how do they send the terminators and the guys back in time.
There were many gaps in the events also not only the story.
yeah i think they're gonna send Kyle back in the next one...Kyle was too young in Salvation and i think he's sent back in 2029 or so so he still has a while yet. Remember, he's sent as a man, not a teenage boy.
@joeperrysbabe though he was still a young man so its not far off perhaps 5 years maybe 7. and for those who argue on the time line idea when time is screwed with at all the mere fact of that changes the possible future inevitably, from t-2 to t-3 it changed from the fact that a corporation logically wouldn't have its tech in just one place especially if its a public building they destroyed and from t-3 it shows it was more the net being merged with an AI awareness, t-4 keeps with the new line
The movie should have been 2 hours of T-800s.HKs,and those big tank things gettin blow up!!!! But noooo They must have showed about 4 terminators in the whole fuckin movie and it was all SHITY CGI!!!!! the movie made no fucking sense
5 stars, even though I didn't like your extra sound fx (explosions and few shots you've added here - they're too loud compared to the rest of audio, overexposed).
That's what long trailer for boxed Special Edition of 4 Terminator movies should look like. As someone else said - ddidn't reveal too much of the plot, yet you kept it interesting. Great job!

- For the extra sound effects: yes that is true, I added them, because I depended on clips from the trailers, which included background audio, which i had to hide, and replace with the effects.
- the effects were too loud i agree, i was trying to attract the viewer's attention with that.
After I published the video I thought if I have modified all the other text screens, so that they have effects like the first text screen, which took me more effort to make it flip and fade away as the voice of the radio signal at the beginning starts to get interrupted
-I also was thinking that the video was long, and people want short eye catching videos, so I would have selected only the best scenes
- I noticed other few mistakes I made, like the first text screen when its background changes, it disappears a little, which makes someone feels that a new screen has appeared after that.
Another thing i immediately noticed you're experience, because u noticed the sound effects, cuz I showed the video to a group of people and very few noticed the effects.
I agree with you that I tried to present the story in a somehow interesting way,, but also after i published the video, i felt that with reading the viewers could get lost,,, cuz the first 3 parts of the terminator,,, were about sending a terminator from the future to kill connor, and another one sent in every part to protect him from the bad one.

What I liked about the movie is the sound and visual effects just like many said when they watched it.
But, the story wasn't the best, I mean not the whole terminator story, but the story of this part.
The whole movie is all about John Connor, a leader in this war, and he wants to reach inside skynet to blow it up and save Kyle Reese.
So you spend the whole time watching a couple of good explosion and action scenes.
I wish if they worked on the story a little bit more.
