btw that is indomie goreng, not indomie kuah or rebus.

btw that is from indonesia not india.

    begok la kalian

  • @hardigtg it is best seller, but if u want to die less painfully, would suggest stop eating. Just cos million people eat it doesnt means its healthy. millions people are better off be educated and not eat this particular noodle.

  • I like how they claim how dangerous the indomie are while never publicly judge their own food. Pretty sure every country have food that is over the limit of somthing which they aren't willing to share either.

  • @mowlous

yes, they do test their own food and beverage products.

few months ago, they tested their 'pearl' in pearl milk tea and some other taiwan food products containing (something dangerous to consume * I forgot the name edi) and stop sellers to sell them.

  • @mowlous they do publicly judge their own food. if they find sumthn bad, they inform the public. are u even from taiwan?do u even watch taiwan news?prob not. you should stop making judgments based on what u think

  • some1 please translate to me what are they saying i dont know chinese

  • A lot of people pointing out there is lot of mistake in this video, and I agree the reporter mistaken pronounce INDO to INDU(Chinese pronounce INDU means India).

Anyone pointing the good point please?

As a smart consumer and have the right to choose, sure I will try to avoid my kids consume those from PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk,manufacture of Indomie.

  • The news above reporting that Indomie instant noddles from Indonesia been polluted and contain unsafe level of benzoic acid, and the preservatives and black soy for 'Goreng' contain chemicals which are used in cosmetics(Hydroxybenzoic acid) and is known to cause kidney failure.

ingajadeh: The title clearly stated Indonesia, not India. I think you are the one unreliable, and their report not about weather it is smell good or delicious, add meat or vegetable is better not.

  • what the??.....I dont understand the language @_@....could help me to translate?

  • OMG...what the fuck is she saying. OMG english subtitles please!

..that's if you cook it the right way, not like that in the video!! Mie goreng => 乾麵!

Anyway, lucky we can still find some here in Taipei, if you know where to buy =D

  • hey just let u know, indomie is originally from indonesia, not the robber country "malaysia"! I don't get why those chinese are so idiot! it's written there FRIED NOODLES! NOT NOODLE SOUP! u have to cook the noodles, take the noodles and the water and stir the fucking noodles on plate! do they read the instruction at all? this chinese idiot!

  • @edify88 Hey I appreciate your point but i dont accept discrimination.

  • i've been eating this food all my life, and i'm still healthy...the problem is some people eat indomie everyday...if you eat it once in awhile then it shouldn't be a problem

  • You can find that Indomie in many places in Tokyo. The question then: which one can be trusted: Japan or Taiwan?!

  • OMG...stupid..!!!!

  • people don't care about their health eh? But I'm sure that Indomie from Indonesia is really safe

  • So wtf was all that about, I eat mi goreng all the time and love it?

  • Bra I'm an aussi

And all I got out of that was

That these people suck little hairy Asian dick

  • @Mr081289 well then people are just hypocrite right? the government only use healthy reason for their real interests (money). what a shame.

  • ‎:52 Why does that guy have his wallet glued to his chin?

  • @cambees thats a face mask lol!

  • i dont care

  • why indomie are not allowed but they still drink alcohol?, I just want to say indomie might be bad, but alcohol, and smoke are also bad, smoking and alcohol accumulate oever the time, my point is if you want to stop risking your health, stop all the unnecessary consumptions completely., the reality is that is the way the world is. people can only remind not to consume them excessively.

  • @Mr081289 why indomie are not allowed but they still smoke cigarette?

  • i am ate it for 23 years of my life and nothing happen to me. it just a business reason to turned down indomie! VIVA INDOMIE!

  • So far nothing happen to those indo who eat from young till old leh.. ahhaa

  • Lol aren't u meant to mix the sauces and flavor On a plate and then mix the noodles in it. Lol they can't read their own writing

  • they cant read the instruction which is also in chinese...

no wonder they have an ache....because IT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE EATEN IN SOUP....

i will really throw up if someone cook indomie goreng with soup.....it wont be nice at all because the seasoning is meant to be cook in dry.....

if u cook it with soup, the seasoning will blend with the water, makes the food becomes tasteless....

no wonder they have an ache with all those ways of cooking.....

  • EXCUSE ME, INDOMIE IS MANUFACTURED BY INDONESIA, NOT INDIA!

  • SIGH. They aren't eating it like that. Did you see them put the sauce in there? They're just cooking the noodles, to go along with the caption about the NOODLES having the excessive preservative.

  • PRODUCT FAILS :(

  • I'm a Taiwanese and I know that it's meant to be consumed dried without "soup"! So not all Taiwanese ppl are ignorant like the reporter..

I've been having it for years in Canada now.. I just hope they don't take them off shelf here.. Hopefully an unbiased report and fair lab results will confirm the noodles' innocence (or guilt) soon.................

  • cooking mie goreng FAIL!!!!!

  • Damn Taiwanese....fail at reading noodle instructions..

NOOO INDOMIE MY LOVE, DONT LET THEM BAN YOU

  • Screw this. Things only go wrong when shipped to China and Taiwan. Iono what people do to food packages over there. They'd be serving dead chickens in restaurants and rats that make customers believe it's chicken.

  • WTF? I love these man.....and they're everywhere in the UK. That must have been a contaminated batch.....closet instant noodle addict.

  • FANS of Indomie instant noodles in Singapore can continue to have their fill as they have been declared safe by the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA).

Following reports of the detection of Parahydroxy Benzoates in Indomie instant noodles in Taiwan, the AVA has, as a precautionary measure, taken samples of the noodles for further investigation.

Test results thus far showed that Para-hydroxy Benzoates are not detected in the Indomie instant noodles in Singapore.

    I cannot paste link here

  • PUTRAJAYA: The Indomie instant noodles sold in Malaysia are safe for consumption, Health Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said Wednesday.

He said the ministry had tested 30 out of 77 samples of Indomie collected locally for hydroxylbenzoic acid methyl ester and found that they did not contain the preservative.

  • @xtremeside8989 :

Malaysia Indomie is different from the above indomie.

Malaysia is copy to the original. tt's why is safe to eat.

  • @syap8888 no no no... there is no copy. please check again with Malaysia Indomie producer :-)

  • @syap8888 actually I think Malaysia version is what Singapore and Brunei got. Without methylparaben as preservative. Those "made in Malaysia" Indomie comes listed with the preservative "Benzoic acid" in the ingredients list.

I saw the Indonesian version (picture). They don't list their preservatives.

  • Indomie is eaten without soup.... it is just like stir dried mee lar....... how can put all the sauce into the soup!!?? Taiwanese really doesnt know how to eat Indomie..... Im a Chinese from South East Asia and we all eat Indomie dry, not soup~~

  • i guess they dont know what it means by "mee goreng" and then they go and eat it in soup...

  • Australia is one of the top country that is concern about food safety if this noodle really got such a big problem, i think i wont be able to buy them in Australia already~ but they are everywhere in Australia even in the local big store woolworths~lol!

By the way as other mentioned already, "THIS NOODLE SUPPOSE TO EAT IT DRY LAH!!!!" HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

  • The way They cook it sooo wrong ,, mi goreng must drain water before

  • They seriously can't read the instructions at the back of the packet...

  • Funny there's so many trolls here. If you watch the news carefully, it's 印尼面, not 印度面. The newscaster presented correctly that the brand is from Indonesia. The preservatives found in IndoMie are meant for cosmetic products. Can we please have more educated and informed comments on Youtube?

  • 印度麵 should not be the name of the brand anyway thats just an insult

  • dude indonesia is so much better than india... and i know indomie is the brand ok...

  • zzz....

    乱泡水 =-="...

  • mi goreng la. must drain the water. my god.

  • @danberner they don't understand what's MEE GORENG LOL

  • news presenter wrongly translate.....the noodle is not from INDIA.

  • news presenter wrongly translate...is not 印度, 印尼instead...

  • what the hell? they didnt eat it dry?!

  • this INDOMIE can be seen all over Malaysia.

First of all , I think everyone should know that eating too much instant noodle is bad for out health but not only INDOMIE

However we still like it , don't we?

For those who do not know Chinese langguage

try to know what the message this report want to tell you then just say "oh Taiwanese and chinese are damn stupid cooking without drain the water"

It's about what it's content but not how the way the cook it.

    okay?

    *mee basah is disgusting LOL

  • is these chinese stUpid??

    this is INDOMIE GORENG

mean is FRIED NOODLE.. NOT SOUP!! omg~~ please do as the instruction.. thanks..

  • @Ahbeng730

印度麵( INDOMIE) IsBrand of instant noodles not is say 印度(India)

  • did she say 印度 - India not 印尼- Indonesia in min 0:06 lol

  • for crying out loud u people, its not about how u cook it, its what's inside!! Who gives a shit if they cook it wrongly? If they are being an idiot dont know how to cook the noodle properly, then u r being an idiot not getting the message what they are trying to tell u! Eat up by all means, and good luck with your liver!

  • @aahuang draining the water used to cook the noodles reduces the amount of wax and they are definitely doing it wrong

  • @aahuang

If you cook it wrongly then what's inside becomes toxic and twice as unhealthy, duh. Regardless, bad for liver? Maccas is bad for the heart! but it's not closed down. Everthing is all about moderation, many of us are like "fuck moderation".

  • Aiyo ... I bought 2 boxes ... dont think can return :( Is it ban in Holland too ? Anybody know?!?

  • fuck if they ban migoreng im gonna go CRAZY

  • Let me Translate: It says: This instant noodle (as far as I know Coles and Woolworh in Australia are still selling them ) contains chemicals that use in cosmetics preservation. Most of these harmful chemicals are contained in the soy pack and they will cause liver and stomach damages.

  • Anyone can translate this please?

  • Doesn't matter if you eat it dry or with water. Instant noddles are not healthy anyways! But MAN!!! I loved it so much and just bought 3 packs of indomie today.

  • perhaps u guy are correct.... they r considered as EPIC FAIL ....

LOL, those are supposed to be dry noodles. I know they're confiscating everything and all that, but that's not how you cook it...

  • i don't know what the problem is but i do know they're doing it wrong. seasoning goes in after noodles are boiled and drained. you drain it because of the 'wax' from the noodles and seasoning can have a chemical reaction when boiled.

  • BUT! if U m'ther f''ker cooked the mee in a proper way of it should be. Then, these ''fresh chemical'' which the body do not recognize will be rejected by the body automatically. And U should drink more water in order to reject these toys out of your body!

  • As people know, this layer of 'wax' should not be consumed. that is why these mee goreng are suppose to be flavored after draining out all water from cooked mee. And,these ''excessive chemical'' if those m'ther f''ker(probably as shown in the video above) cooked with boiling water and letting or giving chance chemical reaction to happen 'in ur food', eventually or perhaps admittedly it causes problem to your body.

  • Haha they fail at reading noodle instructions

  • this is bullshit

it is such a big mistake to cook the sauces with the water and consuming the soup with the 'wax' from the mee LOL.if we cook the sauce with the boiling water then it automatically causes chemical reaction. Also, if we cook the mee and consume it without draining out all the water, it will be a god damn mistakes. Because if people noticed after we boil up the noodle, the water usually contain a layer of 'wax'.(the previous phrase refers to the above mee goreng)

  • org indon mng hati busuk ni~

  • AGH FUCK I LOVE MI GORENG

    FUUUUUUUUCKKKKKK YOOUUUUUUUUU INDOMINU

  • They're doing it wrong.

  • I think the news highlight must be changed to "hello I'm taiwanese news reporter and I cant spell "印度" and "印尼" correctly cos im an idiot, oh and btw the news that im reporting is a bullshit too"

  • noobs! you boil the noodles, empty out the water.

then add the flavouring. its eaten dry like a stir fry noodle

  • ANJING TU ORANG NGENTOT TAIWAN ANJINK!

  • wtf,i am dead,at least ate 100 bags before

  • im eating them right now

  • @LatinoElmito

    yes they are so delicious!

  • who cares what they say overseas as long as my health organisation says it ok i'll keep enjoying those lovely packets of noodle goodness. fcuk u all if you don;t want to eat em means more for me. hahahaha.

  • thats not how u make migoreng

  • @iDoitForFuN2593 ns ! you put the flavouring in after you empty the water : O

  • And erm, to all Taiwanese, Fried noodle is eaten without any water. You should always drain the water first and cook new water if you wanted to, (though it's weird).

Separate the sauces, do not put the sauces into boiling water! Chemical reactions may occur.

  • @NoirNightingale whats the meaning for real?

  • @NoirNightingale ....and that's exactly what I've been doing for more than 10 years, and I'm still eating instant noodles today. Bet that most food prepared outside is far worst than cooking at home. ^^

"You are what you eat." ALEXANDER Dumas.

  • Awww, come on. It's not your problem, not anyone else, so take it easy people. Be cool headed, and wait for the research to come out and prove all of this. I'm pretty sure Indomie will verifies this soon. No big deal.

  • What is E218 (Methyl P-Hydroxybenzoate) --> en.wikipedia.123/wiki/Methylparaben

  • oh wow.. so its already proven that indomie is hazardous or what ?! oh well.. at least i always use my own soy sauce when making this.. and i dont use the chili sauce/hot pepper either.. anyway thats the wrong way to prepare an indomie.. they really should throw away that water.. the water contains preservatives from the noodle.. lol

  • nice propaganda, huh?!! cook a fried noodle with water?? so stupiddd ;(((

if i couldnt buy any indomies here (taiwan) again..............hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..

  • For the bunch of retards out there, WTF do you even CARE, if it is not banned in your country? It's their business if their people can't enjoy Mi goreng but does it really bother you? How ironic would it be, if in few months time, lab reports from across the world shows same results and that Mi goreng is banned in your country as well due to the very reasons.

  • i dunno chinese, but i eat this shit everyday..lol fuck it!

  • @theellusionman lolz, you dont have to give a sh!t either, they ban it in their own country, not yours they have control over their regulation and you dont. They do have reports showing the facts, and that is the proof. They are not up with their food safety regulations.

Maybe you could go do some research on google on the taiwanese health safety sector on the lab reports.
