Well, it's like I said... I tried to mark every single pit with a pit icon, but the game apparently only allows so many marks per floor, or so many marks total (not sure which yet, I'd have to experiment). About 1/3 of the way through it said I couldn't place anymore. So, I placed the wall icons.

In the second game you could choose to paint the floor a different color for the purpose, but such an option does not exist here.

Oh man, even mapping out the place using the alchemist trick sounds like a pain!
