Why are the gears so long? what transmission are you using? Sounds like a gsr transmission. A b16 or type R tranny would = quicker times

@curancho When converting it to a vtec mini, he is using a standerd VTI Gearbox, now on a honda civic the standered wheel size is 15inch when this mini is using 13inch wheels also the lightness of a mini. 1st gear of the VTI Gearbox in this mini is pointless, you really need to get a bigger gearing ratio if you wanted to get traction using 1st gear, but it takes time and a lot of money.
