all of this sounds are from a game called RPG Maker 2000. 1st version of the game was in 97, RPG Maker. Is a program/game editor where you can create a lot of games, you can import images and sounds from another files to create different games.

I remember playing RPG Maker in 98 when i used to be a nerd lol.
