easy on acoustic guitar - start with plain old D. keep playing the root D and play an A chord on the last 3 strings. Then a "root" B with last 3 strings played open. (Bass goes B-E-D-G-A whilst playing g-b-e open)

repeat all that - Then play "A", then "E", then "G", repeat those 3, then back to "D"

Those are the chords. Listen to the inversions of the chords - really very pretty. Like the young lass wot wrote it (if I may add an unrelated point).

Can somebody help me with the lyrics?I can't speak english perfectly. What does it mean "Something has to give" ? I know the words but I don't understand what is she saying with it or what is the meaning.

It means that because the person she is singing about is so pressured, she says that with all this pressure something will give way eventually... does that make sense? xx
