  • i love how every single movement is important, like ever head turn, every arm gesture, it's all a part of the performance and is very important. i also love watching Geiko and Maiko perform, the way the kimono is used as a costume adn as a prop sometimes, simply beautiful :D (im part japanese :D gotta love my background <3)

  • beautiful... I studied Japan once and I studied the clothing. I learned a lot about kimonos and such. very interesting culture.

  • Senshuraku is a kangen piece (both Oshiki- and Banshiki).

This is the last 5 lines of Banshiki-Rindai (look at the "hats"...this is the Rindai-hat :D)

  • Thanks!

  • If I`m not wrong, the piece performed here is Senshuraku (Music for a Thousand Autumns).
