Epic, as usual. Phone companies are always such a pain to deal with, but I would hate to have to deal with Alois. I can't even imagine trying to talk to him 3 times in order to set up my voice mail, haha. I feel for poor Matt. Also, does is it intentional or unintentional that Matt's voice cracks like that?
