Plot: of the movie ia that thier are alien refuges who the MNU are keeping trapped in an african village. The MNU won't let the aliens leave because they want thier technology, but it only works with alien DNA. Then a reporter gets sprayed in the face by a canister, and his DNA starts changing, so he is able to use the weaponry. MNU hunt him down because he is the only person on the planet that can use the weaponry. He sees what the humans are doing to the aliens, so he fights with the aliens.
