most of these fish have been documented already before the tsunami, never the less this proves that that tsunami must have push a lot of fish out of there natural area and that we may find new fish some day soon.
It's a gulper eel. They are known to stay in the depths of the ocean, because their prey lives there. This tsunami must have been pretty deep in the ocean to have brought these guys up!
