@seansiewsarran definitely an underrated song... not sure if I'd say one of the best, considering ALL of their songs (minus the Chameleon album) are masterpieces... it's hard to say that one is "one of the best" as they're all pretty well equal ya know...
For some reason I think the "lullaby riff" at the beginning was to mock Kiske for wanting to write softer music.
