Actually, Machinima (I think you're talking about the user Machinima) isn't a person, it is a website that allows other users (like Darknal and DigiPh33r) to make movies using games as a medium to the firm. It doesn't matter if they mod the maps or not (Chapter 7 of the Forgotten Spartans had like 200 Spartans and 200 elites on the screen at one stage all just standing there).

Most dedicated computer gamers have custom pc's anyways. It only costs about 600$ to make yourself a pc capable of running crysis on *high (not *very high).
