this is an awesome super thick and absorbent adult diaper that holds allot whether it is fecal or urinary incontinence. works very well while sleeping & do not leak as they have great inner leg guards in them. they are bulky under your clothes so if you do not want someone to know you wear diapers i would not wear this one going out. but at home and while sleeping it is perfect. xp-medical in usa sells this diaper and they have a super thick diaper doubler of same brand. i love them.
Why it's not available in stores here in the United States is beyond me. It would provide people with a choice of adult diapers to wear. One shouldn't have to settle for Attends or Depends.
These are the best diaper I've ever had. I have no idea why tena is so popular.

I have had one on for 12 hours pooped 2 times and going on my 10 pee bc I do like floods basicly and I'm trying to train myself to have no control
