By the way, I distinctly remember watching the news later in the day on 9/11 and the firemen and structural engineers had informed the media that they were expecting WTC 7 to collapse, which it did. Load transfer steel truss beams on top of the sub station distribute the load to the outside center coulombs. Meaning that the load was supported by the coulombs on a wide stance to make room for the sub station. By removing one or more of the outer support coulombs, you likely have a collapse.

The building collapsed because of a t-truss structure that gave out. That structure was in the middle of the back of the building as well which is what gave out first. Once that gave, the rest of the building followed.

No, the plane did not impact WTC 7, but debris from the tower did. It also started fires which would have weakened the buildings internal structure. Considering the t-truss was in the middle of the building, it would explain why it collapsed as it did. Do your own research, and stop taking those Truther films as canon, please.

the bottom 5 floors were an atrium made almost entirely of glass. when the towers collapsed, they almost destroyed the entire bottom of the building a huge bite was taken out of it and the remaining collumns werent designed to handle the weight of the rest of the building.the nyfd could tell instantly the building was coming down and announced it hours before.

According to the FDNY, the fires were really roaring. Don't forget that WTC 7 was slammed by debris during the collapse of WTC 1. The FDNY were concerned that the damage would result in the building's collapse & even created a collapse zone.
