few tips:

1. dont put your tank on top of your shoulder. it should be pressed against your shoulder, like holding a shotgun.

2. dont bring your elbow up. try keeping your completely vertical.

just a few tips to help you out.

Don't put your hand out so much, tuck your wrist in so you don't get shot in the knuckles.
