I think the Oasis was being tooo British in the interview, which made Taec interview them really hard. Like the respond to the first question, it just made the atmosphere so awkward. I mean, keep saying "...so" is a bit annoying, but Noel wasn't very helpful to the interview either.

Taecyeon is a singer and dancer, so he doesn't specialize in interviewing. He's nervous too. And to explain the American accent, he's lived in Boston for half of his life. Last time I checked, that's in America :)

he shouldn't be interviewing anyone.

a journalist/interviewer, etc. should be doing the interviewing, in which case it's the fault of the producers or whoever.

For someone who's lived in Boston for half of his life, his English isn't great. But nevermind, that's not important.

Him having an American accent is not something that bothers me, it's just the American accent itself which I dislike, adopted by all Koreans.

I think it was a good marketing strategy for the producers. Taec is from a really famous group in South Korea where many of the people have heard of them while Oasis is big but probably not as big with teenage girls. Pop Magazine sounds like a magazine aimed at teenage girls so they would attract more viewers by having Taec as the interviewer.
