The Flyers have plenty of players that are at least reasonably tough and can also play the game reasonably well (Simmonds, Rinaldo, Hartnell, Bourdon). Sestito is very undisciplined, Shelley is strictly an enforcer, and Walker is not a good NHL defender. The Flyers have had enough problems defensively this year, Walker would be a huge liability. You don't need to have to "toughest team in the NHL" to win games
