We use a Zodi Hot Tap to heat the water and a hoist to lift the bucket up. The Zodi heats a 5 gallon bucket of water in about 5 minutes. Pay the extra and get the piezo-electric start model, tho.

My model doesn't heat the water to HOT.... only warm. And I'm near sea level where it doesn't have to work so hard.

let it recirculate the water through the zodi for a few minutes, it will get plenty hot.
More info please, how is the water heated and how is the bucket lifted up there?
