I don't see how the Dream Act would be a negative thing. Only people that actually want an education would go to college. Lazy sacks, illegal or not, STILL won't go. Why not let people who want to better themselves do so?

@adiaz1792 @laurenp1389 GPA is relative, and if you have any idea of how lax high school is here in the U.S. compared to Europe, Asia or some schools in Latin America, it's relatively easy to get a 4.0, so it means something, but it doesn't mean that she's some super genius. DREAM act only requires illegal aliens to 'complete' 2 YEARS of college (NOT graduate). No mention of how many hours, coursework, stringency of the college (community/jr/tech) or GPA. Can you spell 'general studies'?
