Would you say that the furious knight deck is the best deck for getting back into the game? Or do you think there is a better one?

@Unless you can find the gyarados raichu trainer kit, that's probably the best theme deck to go with.

i noticed between 13:10 and 14:28 you never shuffled greens hand into the deck and draw 5 new cards for green deck and then draw 1 card!

I was going to make a Durant joke, but it didn't work out, but here it is.

Durant is sleeved in a green sleeve, and the player using it goes to NC state.

Darian Durant plays for the Saskatchewan Roughriders, who wear green, and he went to University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

The reason why the joke didn't work is because of the different universities. They are both in North Carolina, but one is in Chapel Hill, other is in Raleigh.

If a card says if such and such is in play, does it include only your side or both sides? So let's say I want to evolve Karrablast into Escavalier, and one of the abilities says that if Shelmet is in play, you can do blah blah. So if it counts the opponent's shelmet, could I technically search for Escavalier and evolve into Escavalier?

@signofzeta - I think so, i dont think the card says that it has to be on your bench and not your opponents

You should do a tutorial on team battles, and if you still have the emerging powers and noble victories theme decks, put the black team on one side and the white team on the other. The black team is Scolipede and Accelgor, and white team is Krookodile and Escavalier, just so that if you place the Emerging powers and Noble Victories playmats together, one side is completely black, other side is white.

@pokepower22 Yeah, agreed. :P I think they've kinda ignored pre-releases and thought more along the lines of combining with the current legal sets... I think. xD It seems like a reasonable explanation, 'cause I don't think Pokemon can be THAT dumb. :P

i think noble victorys is going to be a hard set to play at pre releases. we have no draw power at all and N is usless by only drawing 4:/

hopefully you draw virizion and elgyem (the one with First Contact), makes for good draw power. i luckily pulled a kyurem, druddigon, rocky helmey, virizion and elgyem. started virizion. used double draw to get elgyem and rocky helmet, used first contact to get out kyurem and druddigon. attached rocky helmet to druddigon. went undefeated (luckily my key cards never got prized heh)
