U won't really hurt itself if u kick over wring because when I couldn't kick over I woul land wrong but I always caught my self with my arms so u should try it and you'll get better that's what I did!

Stretch out your splits. You don't have to be able to do the full splits, although it would help a lot. Also work on your arm strength so you will be able to hold yourself up until you land.

Not really. Back handsprings aren't that hard, get some one to spot you and then get them to pull their hand away without you knowing.

to kick over is very easy
_you should first satart in a bridge position ohh that's obvious
_then push your chest out to put your weight on the landing side that's the key for this
_kick with your strongest leg up
also push your self back with the other leg

=] i can do the back bend i ve just started gymnastics and i used a mat to put my feet on to kick of coz its higher, i would suggest doing that aswel [=
also i still carnt do it so does any1 know any good stretchs for arms?
