  • oh yeah that dog looked super vicious, did you see how it....just lay there...

  • LMFAO the baby pulls out a hair and sticks it in her mouth lmfao

  • There is the WTF area of youtube and the WTF viewers of videos! Most of you suck!Because you argue for the dog and the bone and for every bullshit! GO DIE no life people! Each opinion is an opinion and you have to respect it!

  • i keep telling you, im not a god damn horse rotfl

  • I can take my dogs bone out of his mouth.. with my mouth.. not a bark.. or teeth showing.

  • And Not a Single Fuck Was Given That Day

  • Such a beautiful Dogue.

  • even if the dog was the perfect pet, its never a good idea to do that....ya never know

  • @StratNut2008 you are an idiot.

  • @StratNut2008 yes, he will bite you, but only if you trying to hurt "his" child.

  • The Dog De Bordeaux is a balanced and peaceful dog, and it loves it's family. It's kind, patient and protetcive with kids. Just look it up on the net. I think a small door mat like a chihuahua would have already bit the little girl. If a dog bites when someones trying to take his food, that's already really bad, I can take my dog's food anytime. By the way I have a full grown Rottweiler. Who wrote comments like the dog will bite and such, hasn't got or had a dog or doesn't know how to educate it

  • Im a shelter volunteer. The dog breed is very strong but has obviously been socialized with the child and does not feel a threat. All you haters should get an education and stop making ignorant comments. The dog says "Is there something on my back?....whatever!". I seriously doubt the parents would allow the child to play with the dog if there was an issue.

  • this is not a french mastiff its a dogge de bordeaux...i had one years ago and it was the cutest pet ive ever had, he would never bite somebody..So ask yourself whos the dumb one

  • dog don't give a fuck

  • Comment removed

  • All of you commenters are stupid, obviously this dog could attack, but any dog that even has the chance of attacking over a bone doesn't belong in a house hold with a child. Obviously they have had this dog for a while and have worked with it. People are totally ignorant, AND they're supervising. Give them a break.

  • Completely Outrageous

Are the parents of this child completely stupid??????

How many dogs have lost their lives for attacking small children, and for reasons like this video. These people do not deserve to have dogs, as they do not know how to treat one.

When this dog one day attacks this child, do not act surprised you bloody idiots

  • This is a French mastiff, quite possibly one of the strongest dogs around, with a bite force that can shatter an arm into bits. As far as strength is concerned, it is a breed MUCH stronger than a pit bull. I would NEVER allow a small child near one, especially while the dog is EATING. Dumb parents...

  • @Nenamorut just because your son is to strong that dont mean he is a gangster or something like that . i mean the behavior is for the education he received when was little... i have 5 dogues of these breed they are just the lovely dogs you can find . just my opinion if you want to analize it ok if not no problem :D peace and respect

  • How fricken STUPID letting the kid play with/on the dog when it's eating a bone/playing with a bone. THIS is how DOG ATTACKS happen!!!! I don't care HOW placed the dog is, you should NEVER let a kid do this when the dog is "eating" anything, including toys. STUPID STUPID OWNERS!!!!!!!!!

  • @OriginalJones100 you're a complete dumbass...

  • was soll das ????

  • dog: "I don't care, as long as I have my bone to bite" *lol*

  • fantastic dog! :)

  • You are the ignorant one. You don't even have the brain capacity to know when to use the word " TOO "...............

You are TOO ignorant. You wrote...You are TO ignorant.

    Moron!

  • @TheGreekMan1981 OMG spelled the ord TOO wrong, omg! Omg help me i cant sleep now! Ignorant as hell... Sad story.

  • what a good looking dog, but i do still think you should never allow a dog around small todlers no matter how much you trust it

  • @MrXena1234 I can tell you this. These dogs are without a doubt the most loyal dogs ever. My 2 year old daughter took scissors and was trying to clip its toenails and accidently took out a chunk of his toe, and he jumped but didn't attack. I have never seen a more kind animal.

  • @TheGreekMan1981 how nice for you to let your 2 years old daughter try to clip is toe nales, dumbo

  • @Sieberliebangbang First of all, your lack of reading skills shows who the real moron is. The answer is Y-O-U. Where did it say I LET HER CUT THE CATS TOENAILS? I didn't let her, she grabbed the clippers and found the cat and did it. So before you go around calling people Dumbo, you should look in the mirror, because you are the real idiot. Thanks dumbass, and have a nice day

  • @TheGreekMan1981 you are the one who wasnt their when she tried to clip the doggs nales. SO dont come here to blame me, you dumb fuckging bimbo. You can say what you want, you know i am right.

  • @Sieberliebangbang You are hilarious! I mean really. Now you try to change up what you initially said. I was there when she grabbed the finger nail clippers. They aren't deadly...lol.... You are the one who responded to my post about how kind these dogs where, I haven't blamed you or anyone for anything....So I have no clue what you are talking about. I think you need some medication...Some serious medication. Also, do be such a loser. Okay? Please....Society has enough losers

  • @TheGreekMan1981 Blahdieblahdieblah. You know your wrong and you try to camouflage it by spraying nonsense cause you know you are so wrong. Sad story dude...

  • @Sieberliebangbang I'm sorry, but what are you talking about. I wrote about how kind these dogs were and you wrote talking about it like some horror story? Are you an idiot? Like I said before, My daughter took the clippers and took a piece of the dogs skin off, and HE DIDN'T ATTACK HER. I am bragging on how kind THESE DOGS ARE. If you can't understand that nothing bad happened, I don't know what to tell you. The dogs skin grew back and all is well. Except in your head, you moron!

  • @TheGreekMan1981 you are to ignorant.

  • beautiful dog. nice to see that she is well mannered but I do wonder why people are obsessed with bothering a dog when he/she is eating. That's not the best way to demonstrate a dogs personality. I'd be pissed off if you were jumping on me or yanking me by the neck when I was eating...you probably would be aswell....

  • I think its good that is a Bordeauxdogge, but i dont will thinking that was a Schäferhund, or Dackel!

  • este es el mejor perro del mundo felicidades

  • That dog would kill anyone over that little girl. It's funny how animals get attached to humans like that.....I have a chihuahua (a snack for a dogue I know) and if my niece gets popped for misbehaving the dog automatically growls.

  • Dad is having his "wheeeeee"- day...

  • thats too cute.

  • merdu

  • Nice dog but a little more respect for the dog and the breed please.

  • You people need to calm down. What is he doing to that dog? She is laying on the ground so the little girl is putting no wait on her. When I played with my Dogue we roughed each other up more then this. I use to wrestle mine, he would win if he got his teeth around my arm, which he did often. Always smart enough not to break skin. As for the child's safety you would have to kill the dog before it let you hurt her, she sees the girl HER puppy. You have nothing to fear.

  • something tells me if you mess with that child that dog will eat you up!!

  • I hate how parents permit their children to act like this around animals. The animal is not a toy, it's a companion and deserves more respect. DDB's are very kind as this video shows, but this kind of behavior should be discouraged.

  • yeah I got a bak problem I even if i lay down so I don´t like someone is on my bak

  • This just shows how gentle our Dogue de Bordeaux breed is...what a lovely video..

  • are bordeaus smart? like german shep, or poodle.. lab or collie?

  • @carpetmonk really smart yes, possibly too smart for own good, they learn soo fast, really are the best puppies to training lol, my family joke that they train themselves, but arrogance becomes an issue, i love my boy and trust him to be a dog, guard and friend, at no point is it a toy, i would never dream of prompting my child to bounce on or take food from my mastiff, asking for trouble, bottom line, a risk not worth taking

  • @bullrun87 do they drool as bad as people say? does lola drool? i fell in love with the bordeaux from a friends.. and the look in her eyes was the most intelligent ive ever seen. so they are trainable then? i hate to use the word "dog trick" but they pick up on clickers? how much does it take to feed her a week?

  • @carpetmonk some worse than others, my boy drools so much but our girl not really a problem, lola is not my girl lol, i have moose and precious, i will get a video of them up soon, i have not taught any tricks as such but getting him to respond to commands /walking on the lead /toilet training /socializing was all done in about a 2weeks when they were 2months old, didnt feel like puppy training at all!! no chewed stuff, no toilet accidents after like 2/3 days, really are amazing pups

  • @bullrun87 but they are a huge commitment for the next ten years of your life = ) a bit diffident from most other dogs health wise and for safety

  • sweet :)

  • How long do these dogs live for? and If your gentle on their hips and elbows can that be avoided? their problems with bones? I suppose its all with diet and care. I own two purebred Rotties :)

  • french mastiffs are so gentale

  • great dog n cute kid lols

  • My next dog will be a Dogue, now I've got an Old Olde. I'm saving up now. These guys cost more than a good used car, jeez, bet they're worth it tho.

  • I'm sure you love both these wonderful beings, but I have to agree it's not a good idea to get on a doggies back too much, even if she's lying down. That's just what most vets have said. But also, one little bit of playing pony on a lying down dog isnt going to hurt her. I do hope you tell her not to poke doggies eyes and pull her tail, but I bet you do because they both seem so sweet.

  • Eh...I am bumming I have to dislike this, adorable little girl and very sweet loving dog... But you don't teach children it's okay to play "horsey" on dogs. :( So big dislike here.

  • I have a Lola too, she is a 1year old red nose pit. I also have a 9 month old daughter. They play like this all the time. I think it's adorable!!! People with a problem w/ this probably don't trust their dog!! Very sweet video :)

  • Wow! I can not believe how calm the dog is! She seems like she's thinking "Whatev, I got my bone and life is good." :)

  • Comment removed

  • awww so cute!! my little girl use to be like this with my bordeaux an he loved it! he sadly died at 4 of cancer and was still gentle and loving up until the end, getting a new pup this week!!! can't wait :) they are amazing big gentle giants

  • I hate when haters just feel the need to post their negative comments. The dog is obviously not bothered in any way by the child on her back. Not to mention she's lying down so there is a lot less stress on the hips. I'm sure that child doesn't way much.

Nice video, always nice to have people post vids of kids playing with their dogs, especially dogs that can be labeled as being aggressive.

  • Aww, hot cute, your little girl must be thinking hmm, if they wont get me a pony, then you shall be my pony haha. Your dog is gorgeous. Gentle giants. I think if the dog was botherd by the girls bouncing or anything else...the dog would move! Have you seen how rough these dogs play? That dosent seem to hurt them, so nice to see kis with dogs geting on so well.x

  • Dogue's are the sweetest things in the world. I wrestle with mine daily, and he could fit my entire head in his mouth. I will say, we Dogue owners, by necessity, have an abnormally high drool tolerance.

  • Dogue's are the sweetest things in the world. I wrestle with mine daily, and he could fit my entire head in his mouth.

  • Lol what a gorgeous dog! So good to sit there with a kid bouncing on her bladder! My dog would have been hiding between my legs, and he's not much smaller. :> Very happy, balanced Hooch you have there.

  • He s busy chewing d bone

  • i love your dog

  • wow, there really are some miserable bastards in the world, shame they came and watched this video. And before they troll this comment, i have a husky, rottweiler and a dogue de bordueax myself.

  • Great looking dog

  • I might be wrong here but would you like somebody bouncing up and down on your rear end while you were trying to eat something.

  • I wasn't telling you how to bring up your kid ofcoourse! i was just saying personaly I wouldn't allow the child to bounce up and down on the dogs rear end while it was chewing or eating something. Nice dog anyway :)

  • that poor dog

  • It might be very nice to show how gentle your dog is with your daughter but still I would becarefull even if you know it, every animal has its limits. Nice dog though :)

  • @mrhiide

Yeah and you know better how other should raise their children, ofcoourse!

  • i have a french mastiff but he has to stay at my sisters since he doesnt get on well with the other dog but my sister has a baby and my dog getting used to the baby so they will grow up together and so i think its good what your doing your teaching your dog how to be gentel and with food which is the best way to go coz it distracts the dog

    the video was good x

  • I love the dog and your daughter, just not together when the dog has his bone! Could get messy.....

  • Ignore the ignorant comments from these people. I think you're doing an awesome job. You're teaching your dog and child mutual respect for one another. The dog needs to not think the world revolves around them and everyone in the family must walk on eggshells in their presence and the child needs to learn how to be gentle and respect the dog. My Dogues grew up with my now 8 yr old son and I did the SAME things - and my Dogues are happy and healthy!!! Ignorant people.

  • It's a dog not a toy, why would you allow your kid to treat the poor dog that way? Do you think he enjoys it? Poor thing

  • nice video .. love this dog.. my daugther can do the same to my dog ...

  • HERMOSO VIDEO , QUE BARBARO QUE PERRAZOOO

  • This is a message to the owner of the dog in the video.please start thinking like a dog and not as human being. Its the only way your relationship will work.Your dog will only be putting up with getting jumped on,it will not be liking it.It even turns its head round which is a sign of it getting frustrated. You are heard encouraging your daughter to ride your dog like a horse but your dog is not a horse it s dog.Its not a toy for you to do what you like with.I just hope to god nothing happens!

  • while we were feeding her. There was no sign or indication it just happened and we were very upset about it. But you know... she is a dog and she felt threatened in that moment. Luckily my wife wasn't hurt too bad and wee took Ruby to extensive training after this incident but if this would have been a child your daughters size it would have ended very ugly!

They are beautiful and gentle but they are animals... so give them the respect they deserve and you won't regret it!

  • @DenizKKaraca Wow,i am so glad to hear a responsible owner, respecting a dog as an animal.I totally agree with what you are saying. That dog owner in the video treating the dog like a human being,he is thinking like a human being and not a dog.As one day that dog will feel threatened having a human being jumping on its back, and especially while its eating. As you'll prob agree, the dogue will respect you if you respect them!

  • I do agree, they are one of the safest breeds to have around kids or any one!

But also I believe you are playing with fire there! I can not believe that anyone sane would put his little girl and dog at such a risk. I love the Dogues and would never want to have any other dog... but at the end of the day they are dogs so please don't try to aplly human psychology.

My little girl Ruby, who his the most playfull, gentle and loyal dog one could ever imagine infact did bite my wife once.... tbc

  • I know these dogs are gentle but with their own family.I am very sure this dog in the video loves that little baby but you should also be training the baby to respect the dog,as that little baby is going to think its ok to pounce on that dogs back like its a horse. That little girl should be getting taught to respect dogs,as one day that dog is going to get fed up of getting abused as thats what that baby is doing.Oh and letting a baby do that while a dog is eating a bone, are you fucken crazy!

  • @jenickfied , I used to have a french mastiff dog , but unfortunately he died last year , anyway , i dont think so that you can find anyother breed SAFE with humain better than the French mastiff , i used to put my hand in his mouth while he is eating , and he stop eating and continue after i removed my hand , same as well when he was eating i called him , he leave his food and comes to me ... welll THATS FRENCH MASTIFF or DOGUE DE BORDEAUX SAFE 100% simply in everything . I LOVE THIS BREED

  • @ihab327 Why on earth would you put your hands in a dogs mouth while its eating, that is abuse. How would you like it if someone did that to you,as thats how your dogs feels.Of course they are great dogs but not when they're being abused like it getting pounced on like a horse or having someone put their hands in the dogs mouth while its eating,i mean why would you even want to do such a thing.Next time you want to say a mastiff is 100% safe, tell that to the kids next door who got mauled by one!

  • @jenickfied : all i wanted to say to you , is that they r totally SAFE to deal with ANY MEMBER OF THE FAMILLY EVEN when a child pouncing on him or u r putting your hands in his mouth while he is eating (as we all know most dogs getting protective and some what aggressive for their food) , but again the DDG is the most safe dogs With any member of the family , even to anyone ( human or animal ) who had a good memory about him , and they are really will sacrifice with his life for the one he loves

  • @ihab327 Look i do agree to a point with what your saying. But you are being loyal towards the breed. As you come across like the dog wont bite any member of the family no matter what you do to it,which is completely untrue. You have to remember what these dogs were bred for aswell, which was us humans fault,as the dogue was bred for bear hunting and bull fighting and guarding etc.Yeah we have tried to bred that instinct out the dog,but the dogue are still got prey drive were as a lab etc doesn't.

  • Lol love the vid :) my 2 dogue de bordeaux does the same thing with my 1 year old sister, she loves it, she lays next to them when she eating or watching tv, however one of my beasts are very violant but only towards strangers and we was surprised to see her letting my sis climb all over her god i love my dogs :D

  • They are very strong but they will not hurt you or other members of your family. Not even strangers. They will defend you when they recognize danger. They will bring no harm to you whatsoever!

  • I have two French Mastiffs and a 5 month old dog. He is being taught to be gentle to the dogs even though they are 130lbs. I would never allow a child to pretend horsey on any dog. Especially these guys who are prone to hip problems. Just sad they take advantage of that gentle soul.

  • @DogueLover2 good ur teaching your 5 month old to be gentle to 130 lbs dogs? good. and if you noticed my dog is lying down not standing. because they do have hip problems. and her gentle soul loves jillian. you train your dogs and ill train mine. thanks for your comments.

  • @tonkatrucks21 I love Dogues de Bordeaux, I have a wonderful one, Piera, 6 y.o. But I don't disagree with Doguelover2, just because French Mastiffs are big and strong and they don't realize of their strength. They could hurt babies just by playing with them. I let children play with Piera ONLYin my presence. But I'm pretty sure you do the same.

  • @DogueLover2 I totally agree with you, nice to hear an owner who respects a dog.Tonkatrunk21 is just looking for excuses,as you should never let a child sit on any dog.He said to you you train your dog and he'll train his, thats the thing he aint training his,he's abusing it.People need to respect dogs and not treat them like human beings, they are animals and have animal instincts,a dog should not have to take abuse from a human then if it turns because of it,well the dog gets the blame.!

  • @DogueLover2 you just sound like an ass.

  • @DogueLover2 It is a family dog and it is pretty damn clear she doesn't mind at all. if the dog did, it would have moved away. And I'm pretty sure a dog as huge as that can handle a 25 pound kid. The dog is happy, the kid is happy, win win situation.

  • @DogueLover2 Sad? My sisters are 5 and 3, and my cousins are 2 and 6 months (im sixteen not like 12) and we have THREE french mastiffs and they all love them and theyre all the gentlest dogs in the world, and they love the kids and theyre not bothered by them at all. there is no taking advantage its LOVE, the kids love the dog and they climb on it, not when theyre standing, and hey, when kids likes a PERSON they climb on them. get your head out of ur ass.

  • @LexyDee01

It’s not sad at all! When you have your own kids and you’re sat there with them on your knee (new born) and your dog walks over, you start to second guess all the trust you have in the animal. This clip makes me cringe! The dog is feeding and the owners have allowed a child to clamber all over it! It is acts like this that go wrong and dog breeds end up with a bad rep! There are better ways for your child to interact with the family pet.

  • @DogueLover2 you have a 5 month old dog...

  • @DogueLover2

    .....comment FAIL

my 2yo niece has done WAY worse than take away her bordeaux's bone....lolol

that dog is happily chewing his bone, this breed of dog seems to have a maternal streak in them

they are perfectly happy to have the children of their pack hug, wrestle, and roll around on them

they are a very affectionate & loyal breed......our bull mastiff was the same way

the ONLY thing i dont like about this breed is the drool and the hair

other than that, they are awesome dogs

  • That hoss doesn't wanna be roden! Roden? *derp*

Female Ho0ch is a big mushy squishy mushface flewdog of floppy flew chewface mago0oO!!

    XD

I used to have a Boxer like that.

  • dog: cant play horsey now, chewing on bone...nom nom nom

  • sad to say you people no nothing about these dogs they are the most docille dogs with chikdren most large breeds are , u shouldnt comment just because u have an opion based on none facts and that the facts are most dogs are great with children not just the ones u see on the news of course that is brought to ur attention but when babies interact with dogs that are good everyone has an opeion sad

  • @Theweekend80 Your problem is? One of my dogs is a Cane Corso(Google is you friend here). So no I don't hate dogs, I'm not sure how you can assume that or why you need to use a swear word? Read the other comments, I'm not in the minority here, rather the majority who understand dogs . It is a well behaved dog, but it is still a dog and the potential for a sad accident is there. Happy rantings :)

  • @therotbox You're right. I agree with you 100%.

  • I really hope these are just ignorant people who have friends kind enough to tell them that is so wrong to do and could end very badly in the future!

  • @therotbox do you hate dogs or what is your fu**in problem?

not every dog is a monster -.-

  • Arr bless - this looks so sweet but could have turned out horribly. Common sense should dictate that you don't let a child ride a dog like a horse! No dog can be trusted 100% as at the end of the day they are animals not humans and even the most placid of dogs will have their breaking point of patience - - I feel sorry for the poor dogue....

  • @TheSandyShore actually, no human can be trusted 100%. animals are far more trustworthy than humans!!

  • What a complete fool this is why these breeds get in to trouble because of fools

like this and why we get so many dumped in rescue..

You are putting your child and your dog at risk of death..

Please dont allow your children to treat dogs this way

    Jackie

  • @rescuemum1 God I agree with you 100% - just couldn't find a polite way of saying it myself! People think this is cute, but it is WRONG!

  • totally irresponsible, your not fit to own a dog, accident waiting to happen

who will pay the price, the dog and the child, not the prat filming it

  • You are so lucky that Lola is such a great dog. She's a dog with a bone - not a pony!

  • I'm just glad she didnt try to pick up the bone.

  • @MDizzle3282 I need to put up other videos i have of her she takes bone right away from Lola.

  • the dogs like..."nom nom bone..so good!.. what the? oh just the kid..nom nom sooo good!!"

  • man he is overly stoked about his bone.

  • i heard someone say stand up lola towards the end...very mean

  • AAAHHAA wwoooww so sweet and so tender and stockystrong at the same time

  • hahaha the girl says DOWLEUH at 2:06 tooo funnny sounds jokes

  • It's strange but true....

Molosser/mastiff breeds really are that gentle and tolerant of children.

  • Bet since this vid was made the dog has gone batshit ...Ate the kid and been destroyed.

  • Bite the kid ^^.

  • All that dog knows is, he has a bone. Life is good. I wish I was that easy.

  • i would be scared of doing that to a dog.

  • this looks so great.. i love it.. brill!

  • how cute! :P

  • great video, i have a ddb, look at my video's, i thought my dog was chilled, but your didnt even notice the baby was on his back for about 30secs, lol, even then the bone was far more important! brill..

  • thats great so calm I cant wait till feb the 4 so I can get mine

  • sUPER!!!!

  • french mastiffs are very calm and gentle. of course mine is a rebel and always wants to play, but most females are really calmo after a year or 2.

  • that dog is so strong he does not even notice her there that much great temper on her nice video

  • brill!! we have a ddb called simba exactly same, beaut. we due a baby this year and looking forward to our kid doing exact same - gentle giant!!
