  • Thank you for these videos. I love trying out recipes from different cultures, and your videos are good starting points for building some new recipes my not-so-adventurous family will still try. Usually I can't tell them the ingredients until after they try the first bite!

You should have seen their faces when I told them how fish sauce was made. ;)

  • where is the head?

  • OH MAN! i LOVE fish head soup. thanks for the recipe, i think i'll travel down to the market tomorrow and try it out. oh, and you also get 5 stars for presentation, very clear and easy to understand... thank you.

  • well thank you shakallis, enjoy it, don't forget the technique to eating this, you boil it well then suck off everything off the bones, you'll love it, a true fish eater knows all about the head, we call it the best part right? hahahaha, aloha and God Bless.

  • YOU ARE RICH I CAN SEE IT FROM YOUR RING

  • hahahahaha, a big ring doesn't mean i'm rich, it just means my husband had too work a little harder to please his woman, hehehehe, thanks for watching, and keep your eyes on the soup silly handsomelok, hahahahaha, aloha!

  • Do you have to use mango? Or you can leave it out? How long do you boil it? Did you just wait til the water is boiled and that is? Or you need to boil with low heat for longer time for flavor? Will it ever have fishy taste on the soup? If yes, what spice do you use to cover it? Thanks

  • @lauls85 salmon soup doesnt taste fishy longer boiling isnt best.. but i would say cover the soup defiittely you boil off the flavirs.. i use parsley and lemon to cover my fish taste...

  • no you don't need to have mango , mango is a souring agent to make it what we call sinigang, use more ripe tomato if you want, boil for at least 45 minutes to make it well cooked and soft so you can just suck everything off the bone, there is some fishiness, it is fish head but a lot of ginger can help. enjoy.

  • I like salmon too,looks yummmmmmy...thanks for sharing....
